I will NEVER use this store again. I placed a large order for tshirts online for in store pick-up. They had it ready on time and I picked them up yesterday evening. Where I live is a 2 hour round trip from the store. I didn't get home until later in the evening, so I am just now being able to go through my order. They charged me for the 25 shirts I ordered, but only gave me 23. I called them immediately to try and get it resolved. This is for an order for memorial shirts that are needed by Thursday evening. The nature of this type of order is always going to be last minute. They told me the only way to MAYBE resolve this is to take the ENTIRE order back for them to inventory, and then they will TRY to resolve it. So, I now have to make an unplanned 2-hour round trip back to them because they do not want to just give me a refund for the missing shirts so I can get them elsewhere. I am incredibly unsatisfied and will NEVER do business with Joann's. This absolutely horrible customer service!!!

Not a great experience... Women that helped me the other day (rachel) was very rude and visibly did not want to help me. Used to only go to Joann’s for my fabrics and craft gear but lately the store is a mess and the new staff is unpleasant and unhelpful. May start going to hobby lobby instead.

Do not work here. Employees get treated like trash, hours are unfair and biased. The hard workers are mistreated the most it seems. The district manager is just as bad. She lets all of this slide and makes it worse for employees. Rules are just made up bs and sometimes not even enforced. Employees are told they'll get written up for something but when another employee does it, nothing happens. Ive never worked here but I know someone and it's obvious that the employees are unhappy.

So very disappointed in how much this store has fallen, the store is a mess the workers stand around talking while so much product is shoved in places instead of them organizing or putting out the new product thats in boxes. I went in to buy some yarn I seen they had online and found they all there yarn is shoved in boxes and top stocked while the yarn section was bare and almost empty. So I decided to just order in on line so they would find it for me.but they didn't even try, they canceled the order with out even looking for it.

I purchased a brand new Singer 2277 sewing machine. Excited to use my new machine I started using it the next day and it would bind up after sewing a couple of inches. Since it wasn’t working properly I called the store to see if I could have them look at it or if I could exchange it for a new machine. They said they could not look at the machine and did not accept any returns or exchanges. I was told I had to contact Singers customer service and work with them to get it fixed or replaced.There are no signs posted in the store that they do not accept returns or exchanges and my receipt does not state that either, in fact my receipt says that there is a restocking fee! What a disservice and disappointment.If this is their policy they should have it posted, tell their customers when they are buying larger priced items and have it posted on their receipt that there are no returns or exchanges.JoAnn’s Fabrics has lost my business due to there horrible customer service!!!!

Rachel was FANTASTIC! The store was clean and organized, the discount fabric was all suuuper cute, we almost cleaned them out! Some of the jewelry making stuff was locked but it was easy to find someone to unlock it for me. Such a pleasant shopping experience! This is my new first-stop for gifts.

June 24, 2023 I placed a pick up order. Joanns took money from my bank for it. I went to pick up next day. They then charged me AGAIN for my pick up order. Nobody will answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call for 10 minutes and then the phone just disconnects. I messaged on Facebook cause of course corporate is closed on the weekends, to which the excuse was initial charge and charge again at pick up but they won’t tell me WHY they make people prepay for the pickup and then AGAIN when they go get their items. Why does this kind of “policy” make sense to this company??? They took 108.47 for my order and then 108.20 for picking it up and they REFUSE to reverse either of the charges.Everything is so over priced and they are never open at 11. Some random employee went inside at 11 and still hasn’t opened the store 15 min later and people are waiting right outside 6-9-19

Shame that Joann’s corporate doesn’t care about their stores or employees! Employees make excuses for the corporate office. Your stores always look like a dump. Only two employees working on the weekend after Thanksgiving? We can’t blame Covid anymore! Let’s start blaming their corporate office management that line their pockets and purses with their Huge paychecks! The management that puts out a FALSE Advertisement every month with coupons that customers can only use on a pack of GUM! Management puts everything on sale and the coupons can never be used! Joann’s can afford to give their employees a decent wage beyond minimum, it’s best that you shut your doors because no one is going to come and work in them when employees can’t afford to feed their families! Think about it Joann’s management? Customers are fed up of coming into your stores that always look like a dump!!! Hobby Lobby doesn’t look like that and they always have enough staff!!! Hobby Lobby, a company that cares about their employees!
