We had to wait in line 20 minutes before they took our order, then another 15 minutes to get our food. Drive Thru was backed up like crazy.

So I ordered a bootlegger club and the first thing I see is some sort of black, gooey, stretchy substance coming out the front. It was some sort of by product of roast beef. When I called, they said there is nothing wrong with it without even looking at it.

Food is always good, but I had a larger catering order that I set up well in advance. The store was 40 minutes late getting it to the location. They had ample time to let me know they couldn't make the delivery time, yet I had to call to find out they were late.

We went through the drive thru. It's a safer way for someone who has a high sensitivity to gluten. The only reason for one less star in the rate of atmosphere was because we smelled cigarette smoke from an employee. I understand taking a break and going for a smoke. It was unfortunate that the smell lingered in the vehicle when we ordered. The employee who took our order and gave it was very nice. She was polite as well.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free allergy. Make sure to order an unwich. It's a lettuce wrap instead of bread. Unfortunately, there is no gluten-free bread option on any of the Jimmy John's establishments.

Everyone was very friendly and patient with my large order, even through the computer system was malfunctioning. Everyone remained professional and did their best to get the lobby full of customers taken care of quickly. I'll definitely be back.

My recommendation would be to avoid this location as much as possible for two reasons: quality of the food and a lack of respect for their customers.We placed a curbside order at this Jimmy John’s almost two weeks ago on our way to the airport. We paid for several full size sandwiches plus a kid’s sandwich, and the kid’s sandwich was left out of the order. We were already on our way to the airport so we had to figure out something else for the kid in our party. I placed the order about an hour in advance, and once we got the sandwiches it seemed like they must have made them when the order was placed and then let them sit for an hour. The sandwiches were very soggy by that point. Several of us also paid extra for additional items like pickles and cucumbers only to find one pickle/cucumber added onto the sandwich. Not a huge deal, just annoying on top of the other problems we had.Even with all of the other issues we experienced, I contacted this Jimmy John’s and only asked for a refund for the kid’s sandwich since we paid for it yet it was not included in our order. I was told that I could have credit for a sandwich only at this location, not any other Jimmy John’s, which doesn’t work since we live out of state. Then I was told only the owner could issue a refund and that they would get back to me. I’ve called four times, given my name and number each time, and no one has ever called me back. I’ve probably gone through more effort than necessary for a $5 sandwich, but it comes down to the principle of doing the right thing as a business. This location clearly lacks respect for their customers.

Won't be eating here ever again the sandwiches were nasty. Didn't ask what we wanted on our sandwich and it was wrong, and had to remake it. And it was still wrong.

Y’all lost a customer today. Your pricing is outrageous and in my opinion unjustifiable. Staff forgot to add the bacon but was kind enough to rectify that by cooking some and handing it over for me to add to my sandwich. My real gripe is with charging extra for avocado but only adding the smallest trace of a mashed avocado smear. A $30 sandwich is as much as a steak dinner, make it worth the money.Also, you should be giving out receipts immediately after the customer pays, not making them wait until after they receive their sandwich. I was told receipt will come with sandwich. What if cashier makes a mistake on the order. Sandwich cannot be fixed prior to being made. It must be made incorrectly and then adjusted afterward. Several people in line after me also asked for receipt (probably because of how expensive the tab was) and told to wait until their sandwich comes out.

Mgr.kenny does not allow employees to accept silver dollars( to includegold sacagawea and president dollar coins)..fifty-cent pieces two dollar bills....my total was 20.64...I gave a $20 dollar bill and 2 Sacagaweas gold coins and said keep the change..they refused the coins so I gave another 20 dollar bill and took my change....and my sandwich was not cut in half as requested...I'll be okKid-friendliness: The young man that helped me did an excellent job at the window
