He did end up resizing and tightening the settings of my ring- as well as getting me set up with a maintenance schedule for my high maintenance ring- all in less than 24 hours. “Took my rings to get sized here. Did a great job! However 4 stars bc I also took a ring here to verify that it was real. I was told it was not real. So I got a second opinion from Carleos creations beacsue they specialized in gemstones and they confirmed the ring was real. Not sure why jack armstrongs told me incorrect info but none the less they still did a great job on sizing my rings. They r a little cheaper than carleos creations on sizing.In response to the owner there was no appraisal done. It was a ring I took in to see if it was real WG and the gems were real. I never stated what the ring even looks like so how cld u look for an appraisal?”
