Unprofessional, unethical, managing is outlandish. And when bringing up some issues to higher ups to look at. Only treated with it personally as it's attack against there character. When now I see why. They blame the PO poor job as the reason for discrepancy, that affected your ability to be compliant. When it's obviously a supervision mistake for not probably training, which would of saved that employee from being fired in the end. They poorly handling any clients, with the many they see but the few working there they have to manage. in return has been doing sloppy job that makes you pay for there mistakes. Sounds about right, for things being fair In America. All I can recommend for most things to improve in this Country, for the system and programs, ECT we have in place to attend to us civilians. Is simply having 'checks in balances" in place. Even like moderators in place as witnesses monitoring all and every thing being done and said between all parties. Because it's sad to say, some do shady things then also some just do a non intentionally bad job, period. That would make the providers go about there duties in more of a honest and truthful way. Instead of the manipulative deceitful shady way we get treated as a very common occurrence that happens. Which makes me think if and when we actually have a new world order system in place that's been talked about so much for so long now. Would actually benefit as funny as that may seem, for the average abiding citizen from corruption and or simple mistakes made on the behalf of the govt. Workers, Officials, ECT. Cause if there's monitoring systems in place looking into all actions made. There's no more just there word of the matters, when for example your innocent from whatever accusations. There's proof in everything that's been monitored, hence the police cams being a forerunner. Cause from my recent experience with probation, there mishaps of poor jobs with excuse of the virus I been told, has cost me many more extra months longer than I should had. With my time was up over a year ago, with it still not letting me off, when I have everything completed. With the issue a requirement they lost I had turned in. still not being accepted even when I got a new copy. How's that fair which is under the guidelines for they to follow? It baffles me
