The employees at Ingles are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to parts they've helped me out numerous times on my career in HVAC from me going to school to me starting my own company they've always led me in the right direction and we're always able to answer any questions I had and give me an opinion and a reference that was very very helpful the best supply house in town

Not a business anyone really WANTS to need... but when you do, you need 'em bad. Furnaces never go out on a 60 degree day. Always thankful this place is in town. For the cost of a reasonably-priced part and a hour or so of getting my hands a little dusty, my house is toasty warm before the snow comes tomorrow.

Every time I go to this store I deal with someone knowledgeable and every time I need a part for an appliance they seem to have what I need, the folks here fill the gap for a guy like me with little understanding of how my AC or washing machine works! I will continue to go to Ingle Supply first.

Possibly the worst customer service for any supply company. They are never polite or cheery and sound like they don't want to answer the phone or help. I have spoken to several team members there and get the same impression every time without fail.

Where else are you going to walk through the door and get a part that you are looking for, and save 100’s of dollars, not having to buy a complete new unit. This place has been a life saver!

Best customer service!!! The gentleman and woman took the time to explain to me how to fix my fan to the central air unit and it's working great. Haven't had such good customer service in a very long time! Thank you!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, they almost always have everything in stock it’s a rarity that they have to order. But when they do it’s just a few days wait. Very reasonable prices too.
