Would give this place no stars if that was a option charged me over $300 to waste my time and tell me they think my identity maybe probably got stolen n they don't know what to do that I'm probably gonna have to get ahold of someone then I ask who then they say well the irs is probably gonna call you and I ask what went wrong they said they don't know because my taxes had already been accepted and I was already suppose to have them but then the day I went in to check on them they got denied that morning mind you they never contacted me about it I had called them numerous times because I was supposed to get the advance loan and they gave me a card that was never linked to my name for one then once I bugged for couple days they finally called to tell me to say come in then he said I needed to pretend that they never did my taxes wasted 2 weeks of my time for nothing absolutely worse first time experience letting someone else do my taxes never again.

Terri Garcia was the most unprofessional tax “expert” I’ve ever heard of. Inappropriate questions, rude demeanor and no help once so ever! When I called to let her know I was unhappy with her time during an appointment, she laughed at me and when I asked to speak to a manger she hung up on me. Give turbo tax your business instead.
