“My husband and I come here frequently to get stuff for ourselves on our land improvements. I'm taking a star simply because I felt like there was no customer service in the store, and what customer service I got was avoidance and then an attitude. My intentions was to buy something and because of the attitude I was just like forget it, especially after attempting to get someone from the back to come out and actually help me knowing I could hear them back there but the minute I put my head back there asking for help all things went silent. And then when someone approaches me and I say I'm looking for this... I'm told not to yell at them, and I wasn't even yelling, although I admit I was kind of raising my voice earlier to find someone, but when he approached, I did not yell at him. The funny thing was I was glad to finally have someone, and then I got the immediate attitude from him, and that turned me off quickly, considering I was struggling to find the item. Cashier didn't look thrilled to be there and appeared to be struggling to count cash received from the customer ahead of us.”

“The entire location has a wonderful staff well knowledgeable in their appointed sections and willing to help locate other items not located in the section they represent. I recommend that all try and use Lowe's Home Improvement for any necessities they offer and pricing is fit for all budgets. Great job staff, keep up the awesome customer service. “Bought a new fountain to bring a water feature out front. Absolutely fantastic purchase.

Recent purchases include snow blower, rototiller, Honda mower and lots of plants. The kids working the garden center have gone out of their way now that I'm old and broken. Desiree and Vito helped move a pallet of bark to my van and load it.

I have bought all my appliances. A high end refrigerator, washer and dryer set. Lowes seems to be our go to place for just about everything for our home.

We have so many memorable times with Lowes staff, it's hard to remember them all.”
