Blende Drug, is best pharmacy ever! I had been using 2 different ones for years, due to travel distance. My Rx was called in from the ER to another pharmacy and I was instructed to start them immediately. Well, I get there and they tell me that they are no longer in partnership with my Insurance company and out of pocket would be over $700, and she had a bit of a salty attitude, when letting me know this. Which, that can happen anywhere, at times. So, I reached out to Blende Drugs per advice from a friend....and it was the best customer service experience ever! There was even a couple of RX/Insurance hurdles that popped up, but they professionally, diligently and kindly worked on those issues and made sure that I was able to get the medications. This will be my pharmacy from now on, and I have no problem driving any distance for their top notch service. Now, I see why my friend says that this is the only Pharmacy her family will use! Thank you again, Blende Drugs staff!

This is exactly what you think of when you think of a pharmacy that gives you that “small town feel”. The staff is always friendly, they greet you as you walk in and prescriptions are usually ready within 15 minutes! I have noticed good customer service is very valuable these days, it’s hard to come by, that makes this pharmacy shine above the rest!

This pharmacy is a joke as a caretaker of a hospice patient they can not go with out ANY type of medication and they have done this 2x already they make people suffer with the pain until they see fit

Worst experience ever . Went with my fianc to get her booster shot and the owner, a possibly 90+ year old man was administering shots. And was shaking as if he had Parkinsons, or shaking because of severe old age. Either way he was way too shakey to be giving out shots. When we complained, they went from cheerful to rude and said we are the only ones who have ever complained. This guy was CLEARLY way too old to be doing anything, much less administer shots with needles. This is absolutely ridiculous. Should be looked into.

Been a customer for years. Thought going to a smaller store would be worth it for a more personal experience and better customer service in exchange for shorter hours, less ability to fill some Rx's, etc... But really not any better here than big box store and when we really needed some help for my mother with alzheimers, they didn't care, just like the big box stores. Might as well go with the more convenient option, really not getting anything better here, unfortunately...

Awesome spot i called almost every pharmacy in pueblo and Colorado springs could find these rear steroid eye drops anywhere they all had to special order them then on my way home i past this Awesome location I honestly had no ideal these great pharmacy existed before walken in and had my eye drops 5 minutes later not like any other pharmacy everyone else would of told me to come back in a couple hours the beauty blond lady got right on it dropped what she was doing haven't seen this kinda service from a pharmacy since I moved to the US from Germany 8 years agoThis will definitely be my primary pharmacy from now on

I transferred my meds to this store from CVS. When I picked them up, the store charged me $3 more for each medicine I bought. They explained that with my insurance coverage, my rate went up. Well I transferred back out to another pharmacy and I’ll be damned if I was charged the original price for my meds. No other explanation was given. They must have been covering an extra cost and passed it on to me.
