I went in to get my back seat drivers side window checked out because it wouldn’t go up from the drivers side window control buttons. They did a diagnostic before troubleshooting the back window switch, which I didn’t check myself. Once they troubleshot, they simply winded up my window by hitting the back window switch
cause that one worked. Job was done quickly, but he still charged me for the diagnostics. I personally think that was wrong to do cause it was a simple issue
That cost almost $100.

Brought it in under what I thought was just connection issues to my starter, told them I wasn’t entirely sure because they’re new parts. Charged me almost $300 on top of me towing my car there, just to leave and my car shut off on me in a busy intersection. I paid for a $99 configuration or whatever it’s called just for them not to warn me my car might have actual issues. Waste of time and money and I was stuck in the road without any help even though I was 4 blocks away

I recently took the Mercedes SLK for an oil change to be done. I dropped it off on my way to work at 8:00 am. then they gave me a ride to work. I also had them do work on the suspension, tires, and alignment. Now, everything is back to specifications. I am more than pleased with the company and will recommend Geared Up Auto Care to all my friends. The company can work on high-end luxury cars here in Pueblo. That beats going to the Springs for work to be done on a Mercedes.

Buyer beware and get a 2nd opinion. I Stopped in to get an alignment due to having new rims installed, was told and “shown” I needed new ball joints for $1000. After checking my records, I had just got new ball joints last September from a my regular and very trusted mechanic who typically only works on my type of vehicle. Will never go back!
Update: see the response and do your research folks, ball joints don’t need replaced every 9 months, more like every 10 years or longer. The nasty response to this and other negative reviews show what these people are all about.

Mrs. Carleo is correct..Honesty is not the policy. $3k for cheapest mismatched parts, $300 to put $15 parts. Best recognize and realize, real lies.

Brought my vehicle in for radiator work, continued to overheat. Now I had to put a new engine in my vehicle because they couldn't diagnose and fix my problem. They also charged me for a diagnostic that inevitably didn't solve anything. To add insult to injury they are selling used cars with massively jacked up prices in their parking lot. Avoid this shop.

Elizabeth and Rick are amazing and was able to get me in the same day when I was having car troubles. This is one of the best auto mechanic shop that I have been to. They were able to help me out after diagnosing what was wrong as well as getting me back on the road after being on a time crunch. I truly appreciate them and the whole team!

Normally do my own work but with the weather and not having a garage had to make a call, Had to get my jeep fixed fast and they did the job the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them to anyone absolutely amazing people!!!
