I’d like to Thank our salesman Nick for all the help he gave us at such a short notice purchasing 2 recliners for my Mom and her husband. We were in town for a short time and his kindness brought us such comfort including our parents with their New Chairs ?

We ordered a table and chairs in April and was told that would be delivered in 2 weeks which is why we made the decision to go with that certain product. We advised them that we were looking to get a table quick since we just moved and needed one fast. We ended up waiting 5 weeks for the table and had no follow up from the store each time we were in communication was because we called them. Once we got the table and chairs one of the chairs had a cracked leg. We returned the chair and was told by the supervisor Justin that the chair was in stock and would be a week to get in. We called a week later and was told the chair was on the truck and just needed to be built. Waited another week and called again to be told the chair had not even arrived. Waited another week with no follow up from the store. Placed a ticket with help desk was advised would respond within 3 business days. Never received a response waited another week and finally called help desk to find out that our chair was in the store for who knows how long. Advised help desk was very dissatisfied with company not communicating and having to take time out of our day to find out what was going on. Help desk advised that they had set up delivery for the next day. Waited for delivery and was never contacted. We called the store the Pueblo store today. Spoke with Marisa and asked to speak with their regional manager. She advised us she was not allowed to give out his information. We asked to leave a message for him to call us back. She said she could but could not promise that the manager would call us back since he doesn't do that. I told her that I would just try to contact the main office. She said we could do that. Still unsuccessful in filling our our order that has been paid for. Nightmare experience!!!!

We ordered a sectional in November was told it would be til February, we were ok with that. January came was told it would be here in March, not happy, then..... got a call saying June. We went to the store and the "new manager" was rude. We wanted to buy the floor model cause our other piece was in the store, and all we were waiting for was what they displayed on the floor. He 1st said NO, then he said wait. Went and made a call to a couple who purchased a month earlier to give them "dibs" she didn't answer. A week later called and asked what's up? He says I'm gonna give her another week ? really? We were in the store complaining, you gave huge attitude, and gave them "dibs" and 2 weeks? We went to Broyhill in Colorado Springs, bought a couch, got it delivered the next week. Went to Furniture Row and asked for a total refund. He lost a sale of almost $2500.00 !! I feel bad for his Employees ?

Went in looking for a dining set for my daughter. Three associates standing there and no one in the store. Was not even greeted or asked if we needed help with anything. Looked around and nothing under $1500. We walked out and again, crickets. Poor customer service.

I never buy anything here, I have a very bad experience I have bought furniture that was supposed to arrive in a month and 4 months and they still tell me that at the end of August very bad service, I do not recommend it

Terrible furniture store I made a purchase of a room set on April 5 and it has not arrived yet and I call and they do not know when it will arrive, they told me when I bought it that it would arrive at the beginning of June

Gorgeous store with the friendliest staff! The selection has come such a long way of what they offer now from years ago. No need to go to springs or Denver the Pueblo location has everything you need. Every single person working was friendly and eager to help and had wonderful knowledge of their products, great prices and many things are in stock!

Went here to buy furniture and you know how when you walk in a furniture store and they swarm you like vultures?.. well that didn’t happen. In fact we walked about and couldn’t find any help. Finally found someone who told us the computers had been down all day and they couldn’t sell us anything. A note on the door or the same effort you expend chasing me down every other day would have been great. Thanks for the effort furniture row. ?

This one one of the worst experiences I've had. They mess up on my delivery date and now they messed up my order. Took me to get mad to get what I need and they were very rude. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO AMERICAN FURNITURE. What a rip off.
