Brennen was awesome. We went in to browse on Thursday and get an idea of what we might want. He greated us quickly and promptly gave us his card and some info about a piece we had interest in, including an upcoming sale and options for monthly payments. We went back Saturday and got with him again to order the couch. He was terrific, very patient while we confirmed configuration and fabric selections, our kids were getting a little rowdy but he took it all in stride. He was very knowledgeable had an answer to all our questions and we even talked about hobbies for a bit while doing the paperwork. Between the sale and payment options we were able to add a Lazyboy recliner to the deal which Brennen also was helpful on. This has been our best furniture buying experience to date and will be our first stop next time

We just bought a "top grain genuine leather" couch there today according to the salesman only to come home and find out it's fake "vegan leather" according to the website. How disappointing. This is exactly why I never shop at chain furniture stores. Sorry I gave one a chance today. Mike, the salesman also told us that we just needed to order a $70 motor to fix the power recline on the sofa and upon inspection we actually need a totally new wiring harness because the wires are pulled apart which is a $225 part. So basically Mike lied to us about everything but his name. Thanks Mike.

The salesman Brennen was amazing! He cared about my needs and was knowledgeable about the product i was interested in. He encouraged me to try several lazy boys to see which one fit my body. We talked about care and construction of the product. He was very kind and helpful to be sure i was getting all that i needed. .
My experience was great. Can t wait for it to arrive.
Its here and I love, love love it!!!
The delivery was way ahead of schedule and the driver's were knowledgeable and professional.
