This place needs to be closed and put out of its misery. I've been shopping here 5.5 years. I've forgiven mess, clutter, and waiting forever at the registers. Today however I was harassed about my purse the moment I walked in being told I couldn't have it. Not a backpack or large bag, a regular crossbody purse. Excuse me, what?! So you guys have a theft problem but I should go put my purse in the car unattended to get stolen? While I wander around carrying my car keys, phone, and wallet/card cuz I have no pockets then have no hands left to shop? I've never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life especially to spend money. You guys need to get real. People are still going to steal from you if it's such a problem, no purse won't stop them. Dumbest part about it is there were 4 workers there so if you're that concerned shouldn't someone be monitoring shoppers? Weekday early afternoon stop there wasn't any other customers. If theft is such a problem just go away cuz I'm never going back after this. Maybe I'll try another location but let's be real dollar general is better so congrats on scaring off an actual paying customer.

As usual, a busy store with a friendly staff. I feel bad for the store, however. Someone keeps breaking the glass in their door! Maybe they should use Lexan or something similar instead of glass.

IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE!!! YOU DEFINITELY WON'T GET IT !! If I could give a zero rating or negative 10 rating I would!! My fiance and I just left this store. A very horrible experience, especially for my fiance, Melissa, who has a hearing disability. She was checking out and didn't hear Tiffany, behind the counter when she gave her the total. So Melissa politely asked her to repeat it, and Tiffany says. With an attitude. " I just told you. So Melissa then informed her about her disability and she still remained rude and argumentative. You know it's really sad. My woman works really hard for this city as DOC and she cannot even get the common courteously of good customer service, when she truly needs a little bit better than just good because of her disability. If you're in any kind of retail, your job IS...CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are going to be rude and disrespectful to your customers, then you shouldn't be in retail at all. I am extremely angry and disgusted with this reprehensible behavior, and I truly hope they lose a lot business over this. Disabled people cannot help their condition and to be treated rude and disrespected because you have one is just unacceptable

The location makes it a bit of a hassle to get to. The parking lot doesn't have any lighting after dark, making it a safety issue. The shopping center as a whole is the place to be if you're the scum of the earth. But there are some good people too.

Nice and clean, really good customer service. For AirBnb users is the convenience if you have one store close to your house, for a few things you don't have to go to the big stores ?

Can I give less than a one star?!? I had to grab a quick grocery item and this was closer than a grocery store. I ran inside and was immediately yelled at that I could not have my purse in the store but the register lady could take it behind the counter until I was done shopping. How stupid would anyone be to leave their personal info with a complete stranger? How dare you treat me as a criminal as soon as I opened the door. I obviously declined the employees offer to take my damn purse and drove the whole extra half mile to King Soopers. I will do so always in the future and recommend everyone else to as well.

These stores are needed by people not rich. Many items there at affordable prices. Less walking. Tons of items. The staff is always helpful and kind. They know where everything is, if they have it and what it costs. Kudos to the dollar stores.

The old blonde named kristie, should not be working here. I was a fan, but after tonight she FALSELY accused me of stealing. I come to this store EVERY SINGLE DAY, I see this people daily and she has the nerve to block me in, have two male workers stand at the door, she told me the other day I ran out with hair dye, and says look at you your hair is dyed , you are absolutely terrible , my hair has been the same color for over a month and you all see me all the time. Then says you caught on camera I said alright show me the proof right now, they refused to do so. You are A DISGRACE

The manager kristie is horrible she’s never working when I go in the store and I’m in there at least 3 times a day she’s always on her phone or gossiping with customer with out taking their order ... there could be a long line and she will still stand behind the counter not working or otp and then most of the time she has her kids working there with her kids that should be in daycare or preschool
