They can be rude accusing you on selling your products in their store even you are not cause they jump to conclusions and not see the full picture of the situation on hand plus they don't give enough buck for your dollar for some items I think

Worked with Tracey to sell a ring, and we really did get top dollar on our gold. went to four different pawn shops including EZ Pawn, and where everyone offered us $40+ below what they did we went right back. awesome customer service, they were all so friendly. Tracey was amazing, great personality and people skills.

They don’t and won’t give you what your gold is worth. Would never step foot in either pawnshop in Pueblo again! I took it elsewhere and got what it’s worth silly fools! ??

The people are friendly but don't pawn your stuff here it says easy pawn bit they should say Easy Rip Off I brought a ring in the 2 shorter black dude and the bigger young guy that bragged about watches don't know anything about jewelry. I took a 14kt watch in that he said the stones were fake and this 18kt ring in they offered such a low number of its all fake. So knowing it was real I went down to your other location in Elazebeth on the north side of pueblo guess what they tested real and I got 200.00 dollars instead of the 20.00 they offered me guess what your southside is a joke. Some training might help these young children. Plus they always follow you around as if your gonna steal the black dude always dose I heard you guys talking follow them child I got more money just I am in a pawn shop doesn't mean I dont

Yo, shout out to Richard @ this EZ Pawn on Northern Ave. He was really helpful! ? I was looking at some watches in the display case and he offered to open them to look at some. I didn't get a watch that day but I ended up buying some Kobalt tools, got the protection plan added for them and also redeemed some items that I had in pawn. Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and quick to help.

The worst service, the knowledge and skill of the employees doing the pawns is just not happening, the pawns are not based upon the merchandise that you are bringing in to pawn or sell it's based on favorites of the pawn brokers... Siskel & Ebert's give the place two thumbs ?? down and Soo door I.......
