All isles filled with carts with boxes to be stocked. Hateful redhead they refused to let me used the restroom even though I had a basket with merchandise I was paying for. Very rude redhead. Won't be back to this store.

Just watched the manager refuse to help a fellow employee with long lines. 15 people are currently in line. This is a disastrous store. Boxes blocking most of the products. People are literally walking out because of this.

Store is always under staffed, but staff is nice. Products are always in boxes on the floor in front of empty shelves, the parking lot has pot holes that will eat your car. Location is convenient though. This one time I saw a completely naked man walking around the parking lot digging through trash cans-always lock your doors and bring hand sanitizer :)

The cashier Ashley was so unprofessional and rude. An elderly man was trying to buy a cleaning product he realized the product was leaking at the register. He kindly asked if he could get another one. She was visibly extremely annoyed and mad at the gentleman. Very rudely replied she was not the boss and would not help him! Her treatment of this man bothered me enough to leave this review. I understood there was a long line and she could have been nervous but she didn’t have to embarrass and take her anxiety out on a soft spoken elderly man. She needs training in customer service

10/25/23I've been to this location multiple times to shop since moving to Pueblo in 2021. However, the last few times I've encountered the white female manager ♀️. She is absolutely NOT a NICE PERSON. I am not assuming anything, I believe she dislikes blacks. Or from a spiritual perspective, her spirit doesn't like mine. On the 3 separate times I've encountered her, she has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I've watched her interact with white customers, and she is polite and cordial?. The great thing about me is I WILL NOT LET HER DISPOSITION KEEP ME FROM SPENDING MY MONEY AT THIS STORE. There are other employees just like her there?. However, there are a few that are very pleasant and professional! That's why I've given 2 stars instead of 1. To the white store manager, NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE SAME!

It's gotten so much better. They used to hardly ever have anything I was looking for, but recently, they've had a lot more of the things I was looking for. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
