My 85-year-old grandma went into use her OTC card which is a health food card. They denied her and told her that they cannot do it but when she went to another location she was able to use it I just don’t understand.

Poor customer service live in the neighborhood. Because this it caused speculation got.me suspended. And no snap bemefits. Pueblo county is no good and corrupt.

Don't bother to read the scheduled hours. This place is never open on time, now employees will close the door in your face 15 minutes before posted closing time. Time and gas much better spent going elsewhere.

There food items are very nasty, first off food has gone up, so it's expensive, and then I come home with a moldy freezer burnt Popeye great.

One cashier and a 30 minute wait is unacceptable, there were multiple employees seen and none on the register. Store is filthy, actual animal waste on the floor from dogs, (at least I hope it is dogs)

I I really love this store great people. My concern is he gets a lot of homeless people that stand around the store some are asking for money I know it's a lot of stores in Pueblo not just this store so I want to clarify that it is not because it is on the east side because it's like this all over this town. The east side was well known I have lived here all my life and and love it here.

I have nothing but concern for the tragic situation that happened at your store on Friday January 14th. This is my store and I'm fond of all the employees and manager. I hope you guys are okay. With the remodel came way better employees! Gosh the type of people hired prior were a joke! These ones are friendly, they greet you and aren't judging people based on how they dress depends on how they treat you. They even let my service dog in training in with no problem! It's a mess arguing why I have a service dog like seriously I train them how else can others have these precious life helping side kicks!!=) Thanks to however hired these new employees, I've met a bunch and all were just as friendly and efficient as the last????

Francisco was our clerk, the only one working the counter. I wanted to make it a point to review his customer service as soon as we left. He was genuinely respectful and very helpful. This guy was zipping around multitasking like a pro. It is rare to get such service anywhere these days. We live across town but will frequent this store more often thanks to Francisco.
