Big O down the street failed to honor our appointment and quotes. We came here feeling really dejected and hoping someone would be able to help us get 4 new tires onto my commuter. Josh was super kind and helpful and went above and beyond in getting our tires done for a reasonable price as a walk in.

Absolute chaos in the store at 6 Thames, Pueblo Colorado. You will literally stand at the customer service counter for 10-20 minutes before you are waited on. I don't think the people working here are the problem, I believe the chaos and poor customer service is 100% due to management, or lack there of. 20 minutes at the counter and the two service techs were on the phone, answering calls, chasing down PO# for customers. I had a prearranged apt that I made on line, I can tell anyone first hand that the appointment I made, didn't matter be cause I wasn't able to tell them I was there. Probably really great employees work there because they were all busy, they weren't just sitting around. Corporate needs to invest in someone who is able to manage those hard working employees.
BE PREPARED FOR A LONG CHAOTIC WAIT IF YOU SHOP HERE !

Frankie and her “right hand man, Joshua” were amazing! Had quite the issue with a factory problem and they really took care of me. Can’t thank the two of them enough for their help and caring customer service! Their guys there are also a great team and work wonderfully together. Highly recommend this location! I tried to get a flat fixed and was given the old up sale routine. Of course, there was nothing wrong with the tire, so I just went to Walmart across the way and got it fixed. I wonder how many people are taken advantage of at this place.

I highly recommend this location specifically.. Frankie and her team are wonderful..They get the job done in a quick manor.. The environment is fun and outgoing They respect there customers and seem to want what's best for them.. Frankie works hard to have her team respectful and they communicate with the customer ever step they make.. Deffenatly will be back to this location.. Frankie and her team rocks..

I've gotten two new sets of tires here. Good prices and everyone is quite friendly. Both times I've gotten tires, I've had to go back at least once to get one tire adjusted because of a leak. Last time two of my custom valve stem cover caps were replaced with genetics for some reason.

I called after I got an alignment done at breaks plus. I was expecting a long wait and to have to check for some other issues. However after the excellent service I received my car is driving smooth and I got out almost 40 minutes early.
The crew is great & Frankie is the Goat. She took the time to explain the unexpected valve core issues to me and did the same for another person's issue in super professional manner. If you have a problem with her you got a problem with me.?

I had a low tire and they would not give me air. I had to put on my spare in their parking lot. I wouldn't get tires from this place ever if they were free.
