We had an appt to fix the dryer at 9am..two guys showed up at 8:45 and had the dryer fixed in 10 minutes totally impressed by their work ethics. They were polite and very efficient and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. We wouldrecommend them to friends and family.

This place has to be a money laundering business. No pun intended. They sell NO replacement parts and if you go into the store....... it's just WEIRD. SO WEIRD and uncomfortable. I do not understand how they are open or what they actually do.

Never bought anything here, called about service on a Maytag Washer. Because I didn't buy it there they said they won't service it. They just told me "I was probably in trouble trying to find someone to work on it!" I won't buy anything going forward either...

I'm not sure who I've been texting with from Pueblo Maytag but I'm not impressed. I live 5 hours away and trying to buy a piece of equipment, they won't even call me or text me just Facebook marketplace correspondence and I have a bad feeling about this company.So I looked them up on the Internet read all the negative comments about this company. I'm sure glad I didn't drive 10 hours round trip to try to buy a piece of equipment they told me is in good working condition.Signed very disappointed...Like the other customer I had to give him one star or I couldn't leave a comment...

I called for a door latch started off very rude i tryed to give him a direct part number as he continued to be ride and didnt ask much for info just proceeded to rudely say keep going keep going and i asked keep going for what he said he needed a model number then ask for a model number dont just keep saying keep going as i said i dont have one i have a part number he said need a model number and told me by and hung up he wont last long like that will never buy from him

We purchased three appliances from this store. It's now 6 weeks into the "90 day warranty" and the washer us leaking out the back. When we called for service, we were told they are not doing home service now and we would have to bring it in. However, at the time of purchase, we were told they were only doing home service for current customers. I would expect spending $1,000 in their store makes us a current customer. We have no way to bring it in so I see this is a great way for them to not honor their warranty. I suggested we could find a way for another company to come look at it and them pay for it, they refused. I explained we are caring for a family member on hospice and how important it was to have the washer working, it didn't matter. Hospice even called them to attempt to appeal to some compassion about needing a working machine with a dying patient in the home. The man (Paul) was hostile and told her she should just "take her lunch hour and go get it and bring it to them." Now mind you, they weren't wearing masks in their store AND they came into the home to deliver, so the whole "COVID thing" isn't really making sense at all. We won't do business there again and when posting about our experience on social media have found many others who have had similar experiences. Sad because the biggest reason we bought there was an attempt to support a local small business. They have definitely failed.

I had a wonderful experience buying a fridge from them. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, they were very careful and thorough when delivering and installing it. I would highly recommend them if your looking for nice appliances at an affordable price.

I was very impressed with the service that Paul provided! He really went out of his way for me. He diagnosed and ordered the part i needed for my washing machine. The price for the part was great.(Better price than i could find on the internet)A+++++++++ what an awesome person Paul is. I would highly recommend taking your business to him!!!

Aside from the inside of the store being under managed in regards to organization for customer eye appeal, it smelt strongly of cigarettes.. Nevertheless, my family was in need of a refrigerator asap because ours had broke down that day, so we decided to shop around the local business.. I am a stay at home mom, and my husband works hard to be the provider for our two children and myself so why not support another family? I ignored the obvious red flags of the shop.... anyway, we bought a GE double door fridge. Looked okay aside from scratches and broke shelf (when we asked the salesman about said broke shelf he pretty much said we get what we pay for). So ok. It felt cold and appeared to run good.. We noticed it had a water dispenser, and knew our house had not yet had the connection (this was back in April) but thought it would be a good purchase anyway. Well fast forward to last week, my husband finally updated our kitchen and connected the water hose to our fridge. To our surprise, the water nor ice dispenser works. I tried calling the Maytag shop, left a voice mail but never heard back until I called again today. I let the man know my dilemma, in a proper, kind manner. He was rude in his response and told me we should have used our 90 day warranty.... which I understand to a point, but the rudeness and lack of understanding that we barely hooked up the water line, was very unprofessional. The owners should make sure they are selling working equipment. I do NOT recommend this place. We will now have to pay $90+ to get the fridge working how it should.

Me and my wife baught a used refrigerator from this place and it doesnt work. Our situation was that my sister had passed away and she had three children that we took into our house so we needed another fridge to accommodate. We found this place hoping that we could get a used fridge within our budget because we didnt have much to work with. The fridge was a scam and doesnt work. They said they would come and fix it or replace it and when they came to fix it told us it was fixed but is not we almost lost food as a result. Wish we never set foot in this store 0/0 terrible.

This place has some amazing prices on "used" washers and dryers, we dealt with a gentleman named Larry and he definitely took good care of my needs and the price was negotiable so I got a great deal!!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of appliance!!!!???

I ordered a part for my stove 7 to 10 business days. After 2 months I tried to get my money back and it took 2 more weeks for that .I do not recommend Maytag in Pueblo.
