The Guy at this Cricket store was phenomenal, he set up my phone the way it needed to be set up. It is a replacement phone. I needed the stuff transferred from my old one to my new one. Took him about 2 minutes to do it. I spent two days, over an hour each day, at the Cricket on highway 50. The girl was the only one there she didn't actually know what she was doing, and she was trying to help everybody at the same time, it just didn't work. If you need your phone set up I recommend the Cricket store on 4th and Abriendo.

I went to this store and was taken care of by JONNALY and let me tell you she is absolutely one of the best customer service employee, that I have ever had! She knew her products and explained them to me right on point! I spent 1000.00 at your store and she got me some discounts! I will most definitely return to this store when I need any other Apple Products! Thanks again for the great buying experience!

The girl in this store was rude! I crossed the line and you think I stepped on her head. We asked her about our phone being insured. She said is that all you want because they are lots of people in here. Those people were my grandkids. I told her she was rude but she didnt care. We went to another store. The service there has always been great. But I wont go back until shes gone.

The lady who helped my family and i was rude. We tried to learn how to move some stuff over to our sd cards and she took my mothers phone and asked us to stand behind the line with a huge attitude. How were we supposed to learn how to do this if we cant see what shes doing. She then said that we could leave after my mom asked why she has to stand behind the line since she couldn't see anything and learn anything new. The lady then told us to never go back. This ladys attitude was not appropriate. We will never spend outr money at this cricket again. We are highly disappointed that the company we have been woth for years would treat us like this.
