Went to go get my phone fixed and this is all that's on the door no time no nothing waited over 40 min absolutely ridiculous. Closed there doors and locked when they should be open.

Awesome Customer Service that we received from Jasmine! The young man, Leo that was with her even went to another store just for the case that we wanted for my husband. We were so pleased with the excellent Customer Service that we received that I am even planning on going to this location.

This location is an excellent example of why brick and mortar stores are dying. The staff are so unhelpful as to actually be worse than worthless. At a certain point one begins to wonder if they were willfully wasting your time. The situation wasn't helped at all by the attitude of the employees.In short, if the people that should be helping you are calling the same customer service line you would- from your phone - they're probably not going to be much help. Save yourself the trip and the headache, don't bother trying here

I broke up with Verizon over the amazing people at this location. I stopped by to see if they had a battery for my Samsung phone. I was immediately welcomed by Maleny and Kristin. They didn't have have the battery but told me where I could get it. I thought they were genuinely helpful, not forced like other places, or pushy trying to make a sale. I asked if they had any good deals so they told me what they had and gave me a flyer. Again, they weren't pushy at all. I immediately went home and talked it over with my husband. My husband was excited to learn that we would be saving over $200 for switching and told me to go sign up.Upon returning to the store, I was again, quickly and genuinely, greeted by Nick, the store manager. Nick was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions, assuring me that he was being transparent with me. Since I have massive trust issues by Verizon, I needed all the reassurance that my monthly payment would be what I was quoted, and Nick gave me that, without being pushy or making me feel like I was wasting his time.Today, I walked out of that store feeling free and like a load had been lifted off my shoulders because I the amazing crew at this store. I highly recommend going here if you need a new phone or new provider. You will leave knowing exactly what you need to know and you won't be disappointed. Five very bright stars for three amazing people!
