A few days ago I stopped by to check out some of their clothes. I have shopped here previously and it’s hit or miss for me with the clothing, but what truly bothered me this visit was the two young ladies working behind the counter. Neither acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store, and were busy playing games in their phones. They blatantly ignored me and never said a word. I sure hope they aren’t getting paid much to be there.

Ordered online and when I called to check on my order, I was met with a very unfriendly, rude representative. Won’t be ordering again. Customer service is huge to me!

DO NOT GO HERE very poor management and store looks like trash. You can’t complain to anyone higher than SM because they’re all rude as hell. Save your money for something better and totally avoid this place

The first time I went the staff was nice, I went again today, store was supposed to open at 10. Erica finally showed up at 10:20 and was rude from the start. Didn't even apologize for being late and told me I was rude on the phone, I didn't call. Again no apology, just continued to get in my face telling me I was rude for calling her out for being late. I wouldn't have said anything if she hadn't been rude to me. I will be calling the manager.

I shop in the Pueblo CO store all the time. The staff is very friendly. Love the plus size clothes. To the person who gave it 1 star and said there wasn't a Cato in Pueblo, check the king soopers shopping center. Right in front of you when you drive in.
