  Called to see if he could repair my tv told him before hand what my issue was was told I had to pay a $25 diagnostic fee waited 2 days to hear back from him I go in to pick up my tv to be told I need a whole new tv not mad about that but bring my tv home with the plastic from when I purchased my tv still on the back called to ask why the plastic is still on the back and was told all he did was plug in the tv and poked the screen

  Due to COVID-19, I have had the hardest time finding work since being laid off, and an even harder time finding side work. That being said, without so much as a phone call reminding us of our pawn, we lost our only vehicle. Called this morning just for this sarcastic, unprofessional, rude, and ignorant "businessman" to tell me that he was "sorry," and there was "nothing he could do." Well, from now on, you could send someone notice. While preparing yourself for the lack of professional courtesy, prepare for him to tell you that he doesn't hold onto everything forever.
