Don’t go to this pharmacy if you ever have to travel/may need to fill your meds in another city.I work in construction and as a result sometimes spend the whole workweek out of town. While I found the staff here to be very personable and friendly, there was one gentlman in particular who essentially denied my full after I had to use an out of town pharmacy due to working out of town.He was highly unprofessional, and basically told me to kick rocks and “go fill your rx at pharmacy x” those were his exact words.I really liked the pharmacy while I did use it, but this type of interaction got personal for no reason. It was a very rude and disrespectful exchange. I had explained my work situation to him and he simply did not care. As a Pueblo native and lifetime resident I can no longer support this company as “Pueblos Best.” The medication he refused to fill for me can result in seizures upon abrupt discontinuation. So if you truly need the medications you are on and need to travel for work, or simply value professionalism and patient care I would advise against Broadway Pharmacy.

Wrong medicine in the right prescription container.Could have been a tragic mistake if taking an incorrect medicine due to a potential consequential effect in combination with other prescribed medicines already being taken by the patient.Very disappointing and alarming.

I've never had a pharmacy that was as concerned for its patients as Broadway has been through the years. They've always gone the distance for me and my whole family. I love being able to know that I'm supporting a local business! You'll be just as satisfied, I'm sure of it! Teresa Nival

Will give them a few stars because they do have friendly staff. However, they have lost points for still being locked down after 2+ years and not being willing to accommodate their customers in store and trying to run their whole business out of 2 parking spaces on Abriendo. Got tired of fighting the traffic and circling the block. Just go to the Prescription Shop instead. They can help you in store and they have ample parking. Broadway was my go-to before all of the nonsense.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Pharmacy! I have been using Walgreens for years and my stepdad told me to come to Broadway and I wish he would have told me sooner. They have a line you can text when you are ready for pick up and they come out within minutes. Everyone is super friendly. There’s totally beats waiting in a line at Walgreens. Also feels great to support a local business!

A great place. The staff is super friendly. I only gave 4 stars because of their hours. I didn't pay much attention to them until I started my new hours at work 9-530 now I'm having trouble getting my prescription. I went it off the hours listed in Google thought I was good. New hours (recently recommended an update so others know it's 9-6 not 8-7.) It's amazing how one hour changes so much. I love this place and hope I don't have to change back to Walgreens. So sick of places like that. This place is a 10% better. Almost don't want others to know about this gem but new customers are important so please if you're looking for a new pharmacy consider this place.

I come here often to get my grandma's prescription as to she is bed ridden and can't get up and move around or anything and prior to myself then there was her own self going to get her medication in her motorized wheel chair! She enjoyed it a lot and loved their services and still does for years now so if my nana has been going here for years (most likely started because of the location of the pharmacy and how close by it is to her residency) then I have to recommend it as well I trust her judgement! Thanks for your services Broadway most definitely appreciate it! ?

Great pharmacy, kind, professionals, I'm on a special program, I've never had a issue here, always on top of my order, and makes sure its right! Walgreens was a nightmare!
