Edit: you can tell the way that they treat their customers by the way that they respond to their negative reviews, take a moment to go through the list and look at how they respond, defensively, with anger, and with an attitude. They do not appreciate their customers.So the man that owns the company showed up to my house rang my doorbell. I have a spinal fusion on L3, L4, L5 and S1 so sometimes I can't move as quickly as I need to unfortunately because I've had three spinal surgeries this year.I told him through my ring doorbell that I was in the garage and I would be up there momentarilyHe rolled his eyes and said he couldn't hear me even though when I listen to the playback, the feedback came through crystal clearI said I'm in the garage it will be literally just a moment. Just give me a moment to get up there. He waited no more than 30 seconds and then he turned around and I saw him walking away from the house.I then did my best to run around the house and catch him and say sir it will literally be 30 seconds because I am selling a dryer out of my garage right now and they are handing me the moneyHe said, and I quote "it better be just a moment" in a very rude demeaning tone.I then stated it's literally been 30 seconds, but if you have to leave, I guess you have to leave he said no more words to me got in his truck slammed his door and drove away.I canceled a client of mine so that I was able to be here for the amount of time that he needed to work on that appliance. I was accommodating and I could not help that the person that was coming to purchase my dryer out of the garage just so happened to be finishing up when he showed up.I called the store and the owners wife got on the phone and told me that I should have been ready and waiting and canceled any other things that I was doing to be ready for him and I said he literally had to stand at the door for 30 seconds you guys sold us an appliance that does not work and you guys through the landlord under the bus saying that he called in and asked for the cheapest thing and said that it was all that he could afford.I told her do not send that man back to my house again because of how rude he treated me. If I was you guys I would go literally anywhere else

Pretty good experience. My dishwasher is only 5 years old, but the washer motor quit. They were booked a week out. The tech was an hour late, but the business called and let me know he went to the wrong appt first. It took a week to get the parts and it was another week before they could install the part. The dishwasher is working great and it was a 80% cheaper than buying a new one.Update: I've been using the dishwasher daily for the last 5 months and it is working great. So glad I opted to call Broadway Appliance to repair my dishwasher.

I just purchased a home new to me and wanted to promptly change out the oven and dishwasher and today was going to be a great day to get it done. Unfortunately the salesperson was too busy today and wanted to get to it next week.

We have used Broadway appliance for repairs and have been pleased. I needed a new dishwasher but they didn't have the color I needed. They ordered one for me and delivered and installed. Leaked the first time I used it. Russ returned and found the factory problem right away and fixed it. I would recommend this company!

We were told be Whirlpool to call this company to fix our refrigerator. They sent Russ to fix it. Russ was rude with the personality of a dashboard. After wiggling a few hoses, he did nothing to fix the problem. We called the company back and they have done nothing but argue that Russ is busy. I do not recommend this joke of a company. Go somewhere else.

I am usually not a confrontational person and am typically very understanding, but this company was terrible and very unprofessional. We had purchased a new stove and fridge in late March, and with two weeks of having it while making Easter dinner the oven and one of the burners messed up and stopped working. After calling the company that produces the appliances, they sent a worker from Broadway to come and fix. It took about 3 weeks for us to get someone to come, and this man was nice and ordered the parts for my grandparents, and told them to expect about 2 weeks before the parts arrive. 4 weeks go by till someone calls saying the parts finally came in, and an extremely rude old man who is said to be the owner of the store came to "fix it" with a harness. While here, he ignored and blew off my grandparents who were trying to ask questions and seemed to have no valuable customer service skills. But, he installed the product and seemingly fixed the stove. Then, not even a week goes by, and the stove broke AGAIN. So we called the company again to get someone else to come out, and we had to wait another 3 weeks for someone to come out. The next guy that came out was extremely nice and explained everything that was going on, and seemed to be very professional. He explained that the first guy that came to fix it (the rude old man) installed the wrong part, and that they had to order another one. My grandparents were admittedly frustrated and wanted to know when this part was going to come and how long it was going to take, because my sister was graduating and we really needed the stove for her party, and we already had gone over a month without a stove. He thoughtfully explained that it would take some time and recommended we call the manufacturing company again to complain. 4 weeks went by, and we had not heard anything so my uncle called Broadway to ask what was going on, and was directed to the owner who said that my grandparents were extremely rude and belligerent to the last man who came, and that they refuse to come back. And we were confused because we thought that it was a positive experience. So my uncle asked why they didn't call my grandparents and give them the news, and they replied that they didn't have to do that and we didn't deserve that courtesy. So, my dad called the manufacture and complained about what happened, to where the manufacture replied that they couldn't do that and that they would call and get someone to come the following Friday. My grandpa and I waited at the house that whole day and they never showed up or called to say they were not coming. Now, we have to go through a whole different company, and have gone almost three months without a stove. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, but I have had to watch my poor grandparents go without a stove and be upset and struggling to make meals. This companies behavior is unacceptable and I would not recommend them ton anyone.

Horrible place and absolutely rude owner as well as technician, made appointment but did not show up due to my wife (who is a Nurse) not answering the call from them immediately and instead calling them back in literally 15 minutes after due to taking care of a patient. Upon conversing with Broadway appliance they said too bad we didn't answer the call and would have to be rescheduled 2 weeks later! Why make a appointment if only going to call to show ? Employees and owner are insanely rude and conceded and would highly recommend to NEVER use this company. A formal complaint will definitely be made thru BBB ! I always wondered why I have never seen anyone doing business thru these guys.... now I now. Trash of a buisness! Yes a alternative phone number was given upon first communication And Of course a husband is going to show up like "A Rooster in Heat" (?) when his wife is talked down to so disrespectfully over the phone over a possible buisness transaction. This owner is inconsiderate, disrespectful and racist!

What an amazing local business! First off their customer service is AMAZING! The gentlemen that delivered my new washing machine were polite and timely! I received a call telling me they were on their way, I could not have asked got a better experience! Not only will I be using them in he future but I HIGHLY recommend everyone use this local business!

Even though my experience dealing with Whirlpool Corp themselves was absolutely terrible, once I was able to get someone out to repair my still warrantied washing machine and dryer, I am glad it was Broadway Appliance. Dillon was very polite and easy to work with. Talked to me about everything he was doing. I liked that Broadway has been around since 1986. That tells you something. Thanks for the repair, Dillon. I appreciate your attitude and honesty.

I called and scheduled an appointment to fix my gas oven. I let them know what I thought the problem was. The day of the appointment, I was called to let me know the repairman was close. He was very pleasant and friendly. He had the part we needed and repaired my oven quickly and professionally. The price was right as well. I’ll be using this company in the future. Thank you!

Bought a used washer not even 5 months ago. I paid $400 knowing it was a used washer. I got really good word for this company so I went there instead. My warranty was up after 3 months. The washer started not spinning all of a sudden. I called and they told me it was the belt but they didn't have any in stock. I got a belt and put it on. Same thing, not spinning. I called them and told them it's still not spinning out. She said she would put in a service call that would cost $60. I don't have the $60. I'm a single mom barely making it on a single income and just spent the last of my money on this dam belt. All she had to say was "it is a reconditioned washer". They were no help allt all & I was pretty much told to deal with it. I DO NOT recommended this company.
