Always very professional ladies who are happy to help me out with any problems that I'm having with my phone. I feel like I'm part of a family when I go there. They know me by face so they make me feel like I'm not just another number paying my bill but more like a family member who you know for your whole life. They always take the extra time to make sure that you are satisfied with your service and that you understand everything you need to!!!

The poor girl here tried her heart out for me today, spent 2 hours trying to figure out a phone swap, that part was a little crazy, but her attitude towards the situation stayed positive and upbeat the whole time. I was able to aquire hi h the phones I needed at a reasonable price, everything was explained to me in detail, and I would absolutely recommend stopping in if you need a new phone, an upgrade or just want to see what the market has.

Poor mobile service. New phone wont charge. Rude customer service on phone. Not easy paying bill thru the account. Never sure payment goes thru and automated system on phone sux. Plus this is suppossed to a non contract service yet now am told in order to use the phones we got we have to stay with Boost for a year. To me thats a contract. Ppl in the store not very pleasant either

Andrea was the best help we could have ever imagined. We've had issues with Metro for a while now so decided to switch and we got there right before closing time and she was still super friendly, quick, caring, anything positive you could think of. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!!! Thank you Andrea for your dedication to your job and your customers. YOU ROCK!!!!
