Went there thinking I had a major issue and they were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest!!! Took care of my problem quickly and had me back on my way. Without any run around!! Didn’t try to upsell. Defiantly got my business in the future!!

We broke down out of state and we were lucky to find Big Jim's Diesel. They were able to get us up and running within twenty-four hours, replaced three components at a very fair price. Brett and his team are very knowledgeable about diesel engines, would highly recommend them.
