Customer service was good, I asked a lot of questions and received a lot of answers too cracked a few jokes as well with the employees. It was as close to as good as it gets for an aging sporting goods store. No complaints here.

Great selection, just make sure you know exactly what you need. The customer service is not great. My daughter and I were the only ones in the store and aside from a hello there was no interaction while we stood in the same area of the store for 20 minutes searching Google for the answers I needed. No one checked on us and no offer for help. Yes, I could have asked but I feel if they were doing there job they would have at least checked on us.

The young man that helped us was awesome. I know we went in last hour but he was on it. Went out of his way. Not only helped us two people but one other guy as well. He was knowledgeable an knew his stuff. Helped me find a good shoe. I'll tell you I've written them for two days so far an they are awesome. My feet don't hurt anymore. Thank you!!!! Well be back!
