Went to buy a. External drive. They were significantly more expensive with smaller storage than drives at Staples.

Billed 4 times for the same item. They refuse to issue my refund. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Clean, we'll organized. The store is physically a little smaller than most best buys, so I felt like the selection suffers a little.

Great place for electronics, only complaint is that it’s about 50/50 that they will have what you ordered online.

The manager & employees within the store have always been helpful. Unfortunately, if you call the agent from another country will not forward your call & is very rude. Guess I'll buy at Amazon or Walmart.

Even Geek Squad members do not know much about what they sell. Sold me computer and other equipment that was already present in computer box. But did not provide proper adaptor, nor know that Microsoft Home Edition on computer would not do what I told them was required. Had to spend another $100 at home to download Microsoft Pro edition. Had to go back many miles to get proper adapter. Asked more questions of them and they gave me incorrect answers. There is ZERO ability to call them on the phone. Calling gets someone in India or Panama. They wanted to sell me lots of warranty and Geek Squad consult but Geek squad guys knew squat! I can NOT recommend this store. Really poor service and a lack of knowledge, even when money was not the issue and clear tasks for equipment to perform were stated multiple times to multiple people. This company stinks and I predict they won’t last long. If I could give a worse statement, believe me, I would!!

Story time. I purchased a screen repair from Geek Squad for an Apple phone. I was told by Noah it would be completed by noon the next day at the latest so they would need to keep my phone overnight. Noah also said that they would call if there were any issues and gave me Geek Squad's direct extension should I not hear anything. At 1:00 p.m. the next day, I hadn't heard anything, so I gave them a call for a status update. The first time I called and put the extension in and didn't get an answer and was prompted to leave a voicemail (I didn't leave one because who checks voicemail?). I called again 10 minutes later, no answer, and went to voicemail. Called a 3rd time and got through to someone. I gave them all my information and they said they would go check. They came back and told me the phone was ready for pickup and I could come by anytime.I show up 30 min later, give the Geek Squad associate my info, and they go to get my phone. I wait about 5 min, then he comes out and tells me it's not ready and won't be ready for another 2 hours...I asked for an explanation as I had called and checked already, and they denied ever getting a call...I asked who I talked to then because I called their direct extension and they said they didn't know but they were sorry. I asked for a manager and Stefan, the GM, came to talk to me. I explained the situation and they said they were sorry, but someone called in, so they were behind. I said understandable and asked who I talked to on the phone then that told me the phone was ready and they said the phone calls go to a call center if they don’t answer. (How is that possible if I was sent to Voicemail twice before...?)They completely denied ever talking on the phone and insisted that I talked to a call center rep. I asked why a call center rep would lie and they said they weren’t sure.Stefan then said that I shouldn’t have come to Best Buy if I wanted fast, on-time service. Stefan said I should have gone to the Apple Store instead if I expected that kind of service. At that point I realized they were never going to admit to their mistake and were just going to continue gaslighting me. Everyone makes mistakes, but you need to own up to them when you do. It’s better for business rather than blaming the customer or a constituent that can’t defend themselves.I will take their advice though to use Apple instead of Geek Squad.

I went in to buy a TV with all of my research done on two possibilities. After waiting over 30 minutes for someone to appear to help me I went to the front check out desk (there was no one at the reception desk). The person at check out said that he would let someone know I was there and I thanked him saying I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. As I walked away he suddenly said we only have 1 sales associate on the floor right now. I was astounded, turned around and said you only have one sales person for this entire store??!!! He immediately responded saying that I should go elsewhere because he wouldn't call the sales associate and they didn't want people like me shopping. I said WHAT??? I walked back and he said you are rude and you should go elsewhere, we don't want you here. I said that I lived over 2 1/2 hours away and I had specifically come to that store that day to get a TV. I apologized for being rude (although I'm still not sure how I was being rude) and nicely ask him if he would please have an associate help me when possible. He said he would. I went back to the TV department and waited another 15 minutes. The sales associate came by asking me if I had found everything ok & I said, uh, NO. I've been waiting 45 minutes and would really like some help. The sales associate was wonderful.........BUT he had never been notified that I was back there waiting. I spent a lot of money on a new TV, although I wonder now if I should have just gone home and gone to Colorado Springs Best Buy later this month. The only reason for 2 stars is because of the sales associate, he was absolutely great and I wish I had gotten names.

I opened a bad website, and it messed up my tablet. I actually did this twice in one week. It's definitely not the brightest thing I've done. Made an appointment each time. Went in, and the Geek Squad had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Had the same tech both times, so the second appointment was even quicker.

I had a very poor shopping experience at your Pueblo in-store location. The store manager was called by the employee who was helping me when she was unable to resolve an issue and answer my questions regarding a purchase. When the store manager arrived, Stefan Hagley, General Manager, he said, "what's up man?" When I asked him to not address me informally and suggested he approach customers in general with "how may I help you sir or ma'am" he became furious and attempted to kick me out of the store and NOT sell me the 2022 moto g stylus I was shopping for. He became loud and verbally aggressive with me in front of multiple customers. When I asked to speak to his manager because I wanted to report a complaint for his lack of customer service and acceptable communication skills, he became even more upset and told me he is the General Manager and there wasn't anything I could do about it. When I told him I would report him to corporate he laughed and said it wouldn't do me any good because my complaint would only come across his desk and wouldn't be elevated above him. Because of this awful experience I had to drive an hour away to your Colorado Springs location and later made my purchase online. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with Stefan Hagley who seems to believe he is not accountable to anyone other than himself and does not report to a supervisor!
