This place is ridiculous. No communication, I personally find that rude and unprofessional. I was given the run around for over a week trying to see and test drive a truck. The truck was out and I was supposed to be called when it came back, which I was not. I'm taking my business elsewhere. From what I've been reading, probably a good thing.

Believe the one star reviews. Thankfully we were one of the lucky ones and only had a few things that needed to be fixed. If you go there I strongly recommend you get a second opinion from a different mechanic. Get everything in writing. We were lucky they paid the amount they did. Still out a good amount of money, but that’s the chance you take going to a place like this. I could say a lot more but I’m going to keep it civil. Again, believe the one star reviews.

If I could do a 0 review I would. Don't buy a car from here. They don't certify them and the shop they go through must be deaf and blind. Got a 2013 Dodge durango from them in Oct, noticed a sound right after I bought it but with doing some research I thought it was probably a broken manifold bolt, dumb on my part. Also the air conditioner wasn't working. They agreed to fix the AC. We took it to their shop. AC worked for a week and quit again. Fast forward to last month. Check engine light came on, we stopped driving it and scheduled with dodge to get it looked at. Turns out there's a bent camshaft, bent rods and bent lifters. It basically needs a whole rebuild. I didn't even drive it 4 months. Dodge stated the engine problem has been ongoing for a while and theres no way a mechanic shouldnt have caught it. Called them and they said we were sol, that the lemon law only applies to new cars??♀️

BUYER BEWARE do not buy a vehicle from this location. They showed us a vehicle a year ago that hadn’t even gone through the shop yet. Promised us they would take it through the shop fix anything that may needed to be fixed. The ford explorer they sold us was running a lil rough. They took it through the shop and wasn’t anything wrong with the explorer. Took it to a mechanic I trust and he said the turbo is no good took it back to auto world they stated nothing was wrong with the turbo 1 week later the second turbo blew. We were in Nebraska visiting family. Took it to the shop. This all happened with in the first month of us owning the car. Told the finance company about it. They talked to auto would and they agreed to fix it. I told them both turbos needed to be replaced. They paid for one to be fixed called them back they told me tough luck they weren’t going to pay for the second one. Into it back to Pueblo have the second one fixed only to have the engine blow a week later. So avoid this place unless you want to get screwed. Oh yea still paying for a dam car we can’t drive I even surrendered the vehicle to the finance company.

Totally disappointed to be writing this review. I tried to give them opportunity to try and make things right. I've purchased a truck from here, I also know several others that have made purchases as well and no issues in the past. Unfortunately I guess times have changed. My 18yr old daughter went to them and purchased a car with the help from Ashley in Oct 2023. Everything seemed great my daughter even made sure to purchase the extended warranty. Later that evening I was following my daughter and noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust but everything seemed to be okay. A few days later her car started to over heat. I took a look and didn't notice anything. We called Ashley and she had us take it to one of the mechanics they work with. It was there a week. We got a call and they weren't able to fix the issue because they weren't certified to work on hybrids. So I called Auto world and Ashley was out but the gentleman on the phone basically told me we were SOL and had the warranty so we could take it anywhere. Also apologized and said we were SOL, because that's the risk of buying used cars. So we found a certified mechanic and it was there over two weeks because after testing the motor and other major components they noticed a hose was bent almost closed. Upon their investigation it appeared it was repaired and the wrong hose was used as it required a hose made by the manufacturer. The warranty that my daughter purchased was not very helpful and pretty much usless as they said the part needed was not covered by the warranty. I informed Ashley and they used their warranty provider to fix the problem and my daughter only had to pay the deductible. Kinda made me wonder if they knew about the shotty repair attempt. Okay, that fix worked for all of a week before it started overheating again so we took it back to the shop. Again it sat a couple weeks because of parts that were needed to try and remedy the issue. This time the water pump went out and warranty covered it but my daughter had to pay an additional 150.00 because the warranty company only allows so much in labor. This has happened a total of 4 times and now it's doing it again. My daughter has only driven her car half the time she's had it because of this issue. She's missed work and is making payments on a vehicle that she can't even use. I attempted to call again and ask if there was anything they could do to help us and Ashley said she was sorry but she didn't know and she'd talk to her manager and be in touch. It's be over 48hrs and nothing, like some of the other reviews I feel they really took advantage of this young buyer who was so excited and put 1000.00 of her hard earned money down to buy a lemon.

Purchased my vehicle today with Ashley and she was amazing! I love my new ride. They even worked with my horrendous credit and found me a finance company that didn't want $1000+ down. My car did have some slight issues hence the knockdown on stars but either way I'm happy.
10/10 service and vehicle. Thanks a lot!

We purchased a truck from them in April having traded in my car for only a fraction of what I paid for it. We got a little deal for the truck with trading in my car but not what I thought we should have gotten since they turned around and sold it for the same price I bought it for 6 years prior. At the time the truck was making a knocking noise and they said they "fixed it" and so we went ahead with the purchase. They told us that the reason for the engine light was due to a bolt that had to be cut and nothing to do with the problem that was knocking before. Now barely six months later we find out that they did not fix anything but just made the noise stop. When confronted about this they asked why we didn't get the warranty to which we said that the man that sold us the truck in the first place said that it wasn't needed because they "fixed" the problem. He also accused my husband of not taking care of the truck since we got it and driving it into the ground basically dismissing all responsibility from their hands. I would never ever tell anyone to get a car or truck from them unless they want a future headache.

Awful, I bought a car almost 8 months ago, and I just completely got screwed. Now I’m in major debt for a car not even worth half the price I’m paying. (LITERALLY) it’s insane. It’s dented, roof is falling, just sad to see these dealerships take advantage of young buyers. This comment is late. Just wanted to post my opinion.
