terrible do not use unless you wsnt your stuff to be damaged and nothing to be done. Just one of the many things that was damaged. And this tread was brand new before they got their hands on it.

I had such a wonderful experience with All American Movers. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and got me set up without any issues. They arrived on time. Were respectful and professional and most importantly they got the job done in the time quoted. There were no surprises when it came time to pay. I definitely would use them again!!!

It was a bit confusing with Jack who apparently runs the place. I called about an hour or two prior to my appointment, to see if he could catch the guy who was coming out for the the estimate, because i was running about 15 mins late, jack said ok he would tell him. The estimator arrived 15 mins earlier, then stood at the door for 15 mins while my dog barked all that time! i have a security door, so after my shower i picked through the door and said, "apparently you didn't get message from Jack, that i was running about 10 mins late, and you let my dog bark for 10 mins! Please go if you want to wait, to the bench close to my door and wait for me to get dressed, (i'm disabled). So he waited, i went out to greet him about 5-10 mins after our appointment time! I could tell the guy was angry, so i said i am sorry you didn't get the message from Jack, but what I don't understand is why you stood at the door 10 mins early, then our appointment time, letting my dog bark! Then i don't remember who said it first, "we obviously don't make a good fit", and he left! I called Jack right-way to report this strange incident, but Jack didn't return my call until maybe about a week later, then jack says, that my estimate to move me is...$, they haven't even come in to take a look, no apology or anything!
