Had an issue with an item … and the holes in the parking lot . Spoke with manager Danielle . She did not know who the management company of the shopping center was nor did she try to find out that information . Lazy gal I can say : no customer service skills whatsoever. I also had questions of an item in store and she could not answer nor did she try to accommodate me . She was zombie like . Maybe she needed rest … who knows . Customer service does not exist within her . The people make the store and customer service is a huge part of that …. Ehhhh I’ll go somewhere else where myself and my money I spend are valued .

Nice, smallish Albertson's store with a deli, butcher & pharmacy. Friendly staff but the store is always busy.

Make sure that you are double checking what they are charging you for the past 3 times they have tried to double charge us and say things aren't on sale that clearly show on the app

Absolutely routine, which is to say, good. Always get a decent parking space, go in, get what I need, check out, and go home. Perfect! Staff always pleasant and helpful. Even know so.e of them by name now. Order and pick up go smoothly as well.

I have shopped in five grocery stores in Pueblo and this is by far the best shopping experience. Good parking, clean store, wide aisles, clearly marked aisles, and friendly helpful people.

It's clean they have a chicken wing buffet that is just great. GPS has this place in the wrong place. GPS needs to be fixed. Hey what do you know GPS was fixed.

Meat department needs to be renamed all frozen never fresh. Anyone can order precut meat and frozen at that. Get your game together 5 bucks for frozen pathetic meat selection.

No one knows where anything is. All types of products are locked up and no one around to unlock. Especially produce prices are just outrageous! Zero incentive to shop here--I'll gladly drive 5 minutes further to shop at 2 different grocery stores!
