Ashley, who’s a current employee here is a great lady who has perfected observation for her store my dad was actually missing for two weeks and after him being reported missing to the community of pueblo she had noticed my dad and helped me find and declare him safe, she goes out of her way to do her best for everyone and could be a really great potential manager! The employee was extremely rude. While I was waiting at the counter she rudely asked a customer by the fountain drinks "what are you doing" the customer replied "I'm getting a drink what's wrong" and she replied "I ain't trippin!" When she got to me she asked if I had rewards and I responded "no" a short time later I asked how much it was going to cost and she replied "I'm waiting for you to speak!" I told her "I spoke and said I don't have rewards, you should pay more attention to your job and customer service rather than being rude to the customers".Incident occurred on 9/13/23 at approximately 22:35 hours.

Worst service ever Damm clerk thought it was more important to be outside smoking while people wait on service and also.had a Custer mopping for her that didn't work there n then to give me attitude cuz I needed a money order heaven forbid she has to do her job ..worst service n her name.is pam

I would definitely call osha because there are a lot of unsanitary things going on here not only are there homeless people harassing you as soon as you walk in , they seem very bold approaching people just minding their own business ..I can’t even walk out of the store without thinking I’m gonna be robbed or thrown in a back of a van … the other day the workers were talking about how someone got stabbed infront of the 711 … RIGHT infront OF CUSTOMERS !!! It’s very VERY UNSAFE. For our Neighborhood to have to tolerate people that are under the influence … I walked in yesterday actually and a junky was screaming in my face as I was walking out you guys really need to fix this problem it’s dangerous
