Of Icould give 1 star I would. I CLEARLY see why the ratings are so bad for this INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR facility. EXTREMELY RUDE, and get this, ANGRY that I was there at 8am SHARP, which apparently is something they don't do and it was all MY FAULT.

They consistently skip days for delivery, then suddenly I get a stack of mail! Outgoing mail has been sitting in box for 2 days, flag up, they never picked it up. My cameras pick up the traffic on my street, I haven't seen any postal vehicles in days. Lazy! I hope Musk fires them!

I’ve gone through this post office since I was 18, & nearly the same people have worked there w a few exceptions. Never once did they treat me & (I’ve noticed others in line before me) with respect. I’m 30 now & they still go out of their way to gaslight me into how “mail doesn’t get lost” & “am I sure I changed the address.” If it’s not lost then where is it? As if I don’t understand the simple process of changing /updating my address when I move. When you ask simple questions you are met with old, hag attitudes.

Never Ever answers the phone. My mail is being delivered to different addresses not even on my street but on another street. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to read an address and deliver it. Pff!
