I love this place. So clean and welcoming. My introductory training session with Paige was awesome. Very informative and helpful, targeting my personal goals

Great clean gym. My only issue is they allow groups of 5-6 highschool kids work out together, playing with eachother, taking up space and being loud. Drives me nuts. Should make it as groups of no more than 3.

I use to go to yoga classes and they used incense and candles which really set the ambience. For some reason they got banned which isn’t really cool. During meditation they really helped sooth and take me in to deep meditation. I understand some people are sensitive to smell but it’s something I pay extra for.

Sure, some of the plates are mismatched and some of the machines are older, but this gym seriously impressed me. I stopped in a couple times while visiting family in the area and I'd happily grab a monthly membership if I were a local looking for a gym. In fact, I probably will anyway because I'd like to visit more often. Both the staff and the patrons were courteous and respectful, the facilities were clean, the machines completely functional, and I never felt like I had to fight for the equipment I wanted to use. Something about this Snap felt much more... homey than my normal place. Kind of had the feel of a small powerlifting studio, but with members of all fitness stages.

I have lot to say but read on and many will agree and has to be said. Been a member for about 7 years and waited this long to write. Only a member because it's close and convenient. Has poor ownership/management. I have experience as a trainer and worked in a gym prior for several years elsewhere. It's apparent the owner has absolutely no knowledge of what gym culture and direction he wanted. It's a mixture of a traditional weighted gym, crossfit (large jungle gyms, machine tires), boxing/mma (many heavy bags) and then assorted unconventional oddball pieces of equipment (ladder type step climber machine, a tethered treadmill, etc). There are specific gyms for crossfit, boxing/mma, physical therapy etc. This layout doesn't exist anywhere else because it doesn't work, and it this case there is no other gym here to compete. What I'm saying with this argument is there is a LOT of wasted space for better equipment for whatever kind of gym this is.My second biggest complaint is the poor maintence and care of equipment. As a member I expect a yearly once charge for maintenence and care for equipment. Never have I been a member at any gym where it was a 100+% charge of my membership! Once that happened I expected a lot of new equipment, but nope. I seen a few techs working on a few treadmills for the first couple weeks. I think two or three machines got new seats and that was the extent of it. There is several treadmills that never worked and still don't. Not to mention the ones they worked on don't work anyway. Cables downstairs don't glide anymore and brackets don't hold. Only thing I can think is the owner upcharged everyone and pocket the maintence fee for himself, good business man. My guess is owner purchased all the equipment rather than lease as most gyms do, so now that there is wear and tear he is responsible for 100% the fee which took out on his members. Lastly people might see that its a Snap Fitness franchise and he's following their direction. Wrong. He pays for the brand, they do not provide equipment or layout. As long as he doesn't market his own brand and they get their royalties use the brand. If there is anyone out there contemplating on opening a gym in PW. With some gym knowledge and understanding you'll compete immediately.Hopefully the owner reads this and changes something for his members.

The trainers and staff are top-notch. They get to know the members. The addition of classes, including HIIT, TAZ, and Yoga this past year have been so beneficial.

This gym would be great if they had a new head manager running it. Dude is walking attitude problem. 50 year old has been that has no idea what customer service is. Lose Francisco and this place would be great. If any other members have had an issue with the head manager please feel free to reach out to me as to start a petition of leave on his behalf.

Management is lacking. Every time I go here half the machines are broken or the padding is ripped. Do some maintenance get someone who can run this place properly

This gym blows! Lol, with the exception of the equipment and the sauna. The employees are always very rude, not mentioning any names (Frank) and you get your stereotypical meat heads that go here looking to pick fights with people. They clearly don’t care about “customer satisfaction” because when I went in to talk about an issue Frank felt the need to make a cute remark. Something along the lines of “well I’m telling you now face to face.” To which naturally I replied. The only reason I would even consider going here is strictly because of the Sauna. Do not recommend this gym.

I don't really like their locker rooms. Very limited seating and almost 1/2 of lockers are broken and you can't lock your personal belongings. 1/2 of their treadmills are broken too. Being in my 40s, I don't like all the kids that just hang out and make it difficult to exercise around.

Purchased a day pass because our regular gym was closed for the day. The gym was not very clean, weight machines had seats and pads that were falling apart and ripped, and the floors were pretty dirty. The cardio area was super nice and well kept. This would have been a much better experience if the upstairs weight machines weren't in such bad shape.

The gym is very spacious with a wide selection of workout areas from kickboxing, to free weights, machines to a massive cardio section. The up keep can be a bit rough with some of the treadmills but there are many to select from

CLEAR shower curtains?? Really, Snap, really? As if they didn't cheap out enough already. Although everything else has got a lot better in recent months.

Fix your equipment, we pay more than enough for you to maintain equipment. I had to get on four different treadmills this morning to find one that works.
