We just had a great experience with a SECOM Tech that came to the house to repair our antennae. He was very courteous and filled us in with what was needed and had it repaired in no time. It is such a pleasure to work with people like that. SECOM you are hiring the right people!

Internet is very sketchy. Goes out A LOT.
UPDATE... cancelled this horrible service, and they then tell me I owe them for another month.! Could not supply me with anything saying i still owed them. Threatened collection agency. Not worth a ding to my credit so went ahead and paid it. Completely shady business and horrible service. So mad.

Once reliable steady signal now goes down daily for hours but only when they are closed - Friday and Saturday and Sunday and evenings!UPDATE: However, now I know about the Saturday outage and repairs been done. Now have a way to contact them to report outages on my end and they text me if anything is happening that may affect my internet signal. Thanks!

Awful in every way! Definitely no where worth the price and headache!! Horrible internet service, horrible customer service, Horrible business practices!! Even worse when you try and cancel them!! Do NOT go with this company!!

Wish I could give them zero stars - horrible people terrible customer service, and they are not abiding by their contract. We are currently in the process of taking them to small claims court, do not get them.

Anthony was terrific. He came out twice and adjusted our dish at no charge. He did additional things that he was not required to do. Service was immediately better, with new position of dish along with our purchase of a new router.

Horrible internet, over priced & low quality. At most you get 15 mbps download speed. Forbid you plan on using the internet on a Saturday.

So disappointed! My husband discussed with the technician his running the cable into our home through an exciting cable entrance and snaking the cable to the location of the house where we wanted it. He indicated he could not do this and insisted he had to drill another hole into our home for $150.00. He ran an ugly black cable in the middle of our outside wall. So sad. We have 30 days to cancel if we are not happy , with no refund, and the cost of having to repair the new home in the wall he created. Be careful what you sign and agree to. Again very disappointed. We will see what the service is like. Not a good start at all.

I hate the internet service by Secom. Unfortunately, our options are very limited out here in Pueblo west, so we decided to go with their blazing fast package. Lol. While I was grateful to have some semblance of internet, these people can’t seem to keep it running for more than a week at a time, then the service is interrupted for a spell while they figure out what’s going on. You should sign up for their notifications via text and see just how many times it goes down.

I am so done with this internet company, Literally can be the only person in the house, Everything unplugged and disconnected from wifi and power outlets and still lagging up a storm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERY OTHER INTERNET COMPANY
