Very knowledgable honest man, did everything he said he would. Our whole transaction was quick and easy.George is a top notch sales person! Everyone we dealt with on this purchase was amazing!

They took three days and still couldn't find a issue with my truck and I took it to someone else and was told what the issue was with in a few hours. I will not recommend them to anyone and find a real mechanic that knows what they are doing.

I would highly recommend staying far away from this steelership. They will charge you for services that you didn't ask for and will bully you or strong arm you till you pay them. They will also hold your vehicle hostage till it is paid for. Went in for an extended warranty repair and they ended up charging me for diagnosis after I refused to pay out of pocket for the extended warranty repair. I would recommend going to a different dodge dealership in the springs to get a y and all services you need.

Not New or bad credit friendly. Salesman ran my credit in "SHOTGUN" fashion. Over FIFTEEN TIMES my credit was ran. Still only offered me 18% on top of that.

ON GOING ISSUEService department charged me $700 to get my ticking noise issue fixed. Picked up my truck when leslee told me it was done with the exact noise I originally brought it in for. Of coarse they say it's not their fault and proceeded to quote me for $3500 to fix my problem! Asked to speak to a manager and leslee said she was the manager and would not let me speak to mike. Very unprofessional and if you don't like throwing your money in the trash I wouldn't go to this dealership. The service advisors make commission off of selling you things and they bend over their customer when they take advantage of their car issues.

WOW! I went in to purchase a truck (took my husband with me) and talk about SEXIST. Informed the salesman that I alone am making the purchase and would like to test drive vehicle. Come back from test drive and walk in alone, wave to salesman, and he asks for my husband... Talk briefly, walk outside, and come back in with husband. I wave to salesman, he greets my husband by name and I must be invisible. Decide to go through with purchase and salesman needs my husbands info... What for? Tell salesman I already have an approval from my bank, DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT and he assures me that he will NOT. So I leave for an appointment and tell him that I don't want to spend anytime in the dealership, call my when it's time to sign. Calls me when it's ready, assured me my credit was NOT ran and I will be in and out. We go go back and again I wave to salesman, he walks up, shakes my husbands hand and says hello... (INVISIBLE PURCHASER HERE...) I end up spending HOURS at the dealership and get a notification that the DEALERSHIP RAN MY CREDIT! Salesman is in and out of office at this point and EVERYTIME he comes out, he speaks to and greets ONLY my husband. I am convinced I am DEFINITELY invisible because the guys doesn't speak to me. Brings out keys, GIVES THEM TO MY HUSBAND!!! YEP, TOTALLY INVISIBLE! Shakes my husbands hand for the 10th time, deal done! Thank you for making me feel REALLY SMALL and COMPLETEY INSULTED!

This comment regards the service department. It seems the last several times I had taken my car in, it came out running worse than when I brought it in. The first time we overlooked it, but the next several times things were wrong. The last time the radiator fluid wasn't filled (it even seemed less than when we brought it in) and the engine had a bad smell, it was "coughing" while driving and white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I filled it myself and the problems went away. We began to think that maybe they have a secret policy of deliberately hurting cars so they would die sooner, in order to get more sales. Who knows?
