“Enjoying our cabin during the Christmas and New Years holiday for the first time in many years we didn't realize that upon arrival....we were almost completely out of propane. Quite a problem with three families and 10 people expected just before a big snowstorm ! When I called our FORMER provider, who shall remain unnamed, I was connected to a call center somewhere but got absolutely nothing accomplished....not even for the next week ! In calling around, a young man suggested San Isabel Services. He actually delivers for a local Coop and said his mother was a San Isabel customer and she swore by them. So much so that he has, for years tried to persuade her to join the Coop....and she refused because of San Isabel's customer service. So, in a panic I call San Isabel and am directed to the company's "Out Of Gas" emergency phone number. I can't dial it fast enough....and my call is answered by Tim. I tell Tim that, as a new account, all our information is already in the system. I had completed that part of the process only hours earlier. I explained our dilemma to Tim and he agreed that we had enough propane to last perhaps another 24 to 36 hours ! He told me to conserve as much as possible overnight, stoke the fireplaces for maximum warmth.......and he would, "BE UP FIRST THING IN THE MORNING." I talked to him on New Years Eve......... he rumbled up our driveway at 9am on New Years Day with a full load of life saving propane for the Wright family. I couldn't believe it !Thank you Tim and thank you San Isabel Services !!WE ARE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFEHappy New Year.....2021”
