Bought two trees from them, also paid for them to be delivered on a Saturday. They said they'd call Friday to set up a time. Hadn't gotten a call as of 4pm, so I called and they sounded like they had no idea it was on the schedule. Took all my information again, and said it would be "sometime in the afternoon". No contact the day of, and they delivered it when I decided to chance it and run some errands for an hour. Luckily my neighbors were there to let them in my backyard, but if I hadn't pre-dug the holes I don't know what would've happened. And I still had to deadlift the trees back out of the holes to make them deeper. It's not hard to call someone to let them know what's going on, this is 2023. Wouldn't use them again.

Palace Nursery is the only place I will go to get my trees. I purchased 4 Pinion, 1 Ponderosa and a couple serviceberry from them. I purchased the warranty and did have one pinion that didn't make it. Palace replaced the tree without any hassels at all. I could not be happier with my purchases and with doing business with Palace. Some of the negative reviews about availability may be true when they are really busy or a family emergency arises... Palace Nursery is a family run business so show some grace. They're not a big box outfit with hundreds of employees but they do care about their customers, taking care of family, and their community. We're coming back for more trees this fall. Thank you Frank and family... God bless...

EDIT: Okay, my wife really stuck up for this place and who I guess is the owner. She has bought all her roses from him and said he was great to deal with. So the rating goes from 2 to 4 stars. I will assume my original review was just MY bad luck and not the norm ORIGINAL REVIEW: Came by in a Friday during open hours. Called in the following Monday to ask if they were open and they said yes, till 5pm. Got there at 1:45 pm, not more than 30 minutes after I called and... They were closed. No one answered and left a message. We weren't the only ones there expecting them to be open. (They just showed up... My wife is the only reason we waited. Myself, not happy with doing business with them.)

Great locally owned business. Frank is knowledgeable about the product he sells and what will do best in this area. From new trees to Christmas trees I won't shop anywhere else. Don't waste your time and money at the box stores.

Our first generation of Aspen's and white birch have exceeded their life expectancy. Frank Sr sold us our trees and shrubs more than 25 years ago. They added great beauty and value to our home. The next generation has helped us replace what was lost as expected, they have the best trees and shrubs for our replacement needs.They have offered us such helpful advice protecting our other trees and shrubs. The staff planting the replacement trees did a fantastic job.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a tree and asked about getting it delivered. Was told to call at least 2 days ahead to let them know day and time for delivery which we did. Tree was supposed to be delivered Wednesday at 10 a.m. They said they don't deliver past 12 p.m. I was off work this day so I stayed home to wait for the tree. 10 a.m. came and went, no tree. 11 a.m. no tree. I called the company and got no answer, only voicemail so I left a message. 12 p.m. still no tree. I called again and left a message. My boyfriend called two more times...no one answered still!! I finally called one last time, left another message stating I did not receive a tree, this was the only day I was available, I waited hours for a tree that never came, and I would like a refund. I heard nothing back that day. The following day, Thursday, our security system shows someone ringing the doorbell at around 10 a.m. Guess who showed up with a tree!! Problem was, we were not home, we were both at work. They were a day late. My boyfriend was able to talk to them on the phone through our security system and told them the tree was supposed to be delivered yesterday and no one was there today to plant the tree! The positive thing was that the two guys ended up planting the tree for us so we got the tree. However, when my boyfriend called and finally got a hold of the owner to tell him what happened, the owner apologized but then said they were really busy and he hadn't even checked any of his messages yet. So here we are, the following day and they don't even check their messages? They can't answer their phone? So ended up getting the tree a day later but had to leave several messages that got no response, wondering what happened to our tree. If it weren't for the guys showing up and planting it for us because we weren't home, we would have just demanded a refund! I think this is poor business practice and I would never get anything from this company again. Definite lack of customer service, and lack of courtesy. The only good thing they have going for them are the guys that actually deliver the trees.

I have bought a dozen trees from this place and they all died or are dying.
