They diagnose our vehicle, called us within the time frame he said that he would and fixed what was wrong with it in about 1 hour. He is very professional, and knows his job. Fantastic Service!! Called on Wednesday about noon, talked to Jaime and explained my sons car issues, he said I could bring it by same day, my son dropped the car off and by 2:45 Jaime sent me a text with pictures of the broken plastic fitting on the fuel pump sending unit assembly. He also quoted me a price breaking down part cost and labor and asked if he could proceed. I told him to please proceed and he updated me via text at 4:23 that the car would be complete by 10am Thursday. Thursday he texted me at 9:13 Thursday that the car was complete. I paid over the phone and my son picked the car up. Will definitely use JY Automotive services again. Thanks Jaime! Clint

Thank you to the courteous and honest team at JY Automotive for your assistance. I am admittedly not a "car guy", and had somehow convinced myself that my truck had a coolant leak and was going to inevitably overheat on an up-coming roadtrip. The shop listened to my concerns, did their tests and diagnostics, and reported back that they found no issues with the coolant system. They didn't try to upsell my into have the system flushed, or use my fears as an opportunity to do unnecessary repairs on the vehicle. Being newer to the Pueblo West area I am so thankful that I seem to have found a great place to service all my vehicles in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We have been going to JY for years now. We sent all our kids and grandkids that live in Pueblo there .Also send friends there with their cars .Very fair prices, quick service, quality service.Bought our Uplander in 2009 with about 75000 miles on it. Now is my son's car with over 240,000 miles.JY has kept in on the road and still running strong. JY has also kept our Tahoe running and it also has over 220,000 miles.Goes over every line item on every bill. Show us used parts and explains every step of repair process.He does everything we need as far as normal upkeep. Before we go on any long trip we take it in for a check up. Includes oil change, tire check, transmission, radiator , and power steering fluid checks, windshield wipers, etc.I highly recommend JY Automotive for your auto repair and maintenance needs!Did I mention he and his employees are always super professional and friendly!
