David was very kind to take the time to explain to us the best way to care for, and maintain, the integrity of our investment. He did end up resizing and tightening the settings of my ring- as well as getting me set up with a maintenance schedule for my high maintenance ring- all in less than 24 hours. “Yo, shout out to Richard @ this EZ Pawn on Northern Ave. He was really helpful! ? I was looking at some watches in the display case and he offered to open them to look at some. I didn't get a watch that day but I ended up buying some Kobalt tools, got the protection plan added for them and also redeemed some items that I had in pawn. Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and quick to help.”
“First of all Allie is absolutely amazing and I’ll be forever grateful for her. This ring has been a journey from beginning to end. It started as just the center ring in silver, added 2 bands, soldiered them together but it never wanted to be worn and we just had so many problems. Allie and the jeweler decided to offer me a fantastic upgrade. They recreated my 3 piece disaster, that was always needing repairs, into what you see today. It’s a single ring in white gold that looks just like my original set, but I’ve had it for a couple months now and not one single issue. The shank is thicker and is so comfortable, it always looks fabulous and I get tons of compliments on how beautiful and unique it is. “Took my rings to get sized here. Did a great job! However 4 stars bc I also took a ring here to verify that it was real. I was told it was not real. So I got a second opinion from Carleos creations beacsue they specialized in gemstones and they confirmed the ring was real. Not sure why jack armstrongs told me incorrect info but none the less they still did a great job on sizing my rings. They r a little cheaper than carleos creations on sizing.In response to the owner there was no appraisal done. It was a ring I took in to see if it was real WG and the gems were real. I never stated what the ring even looks like so how cld u look for an appraisal?”
