I spent a month in New Mexico camping in my 05 Honda Pilot and was anxious to get home to Cedar Rapids, IA. My air conditioning stopped working and the compressor was making a bunch of noise. I pulled into the Cannabis Depot by the Walmart to stock up. When I tried to restart it nothing. I knew the compressor had seized and needed fixing. I tried 4 other shops in the local area with no answer or left messages. I left a message at Automotive Solutions and they called me right back. I told them my situation and they said they could have a tow truck there shortly. It was about 15 minutes and the vehicle was on the hook and in a short I arrived. They were able to confirm my suspicions and gave me a price, which was less than what I would have gotten at home. I agreed and they had the part by the end of the day. It was Friday so I needed a place to stay. They let me camp in my vehicle in their lot for the weekend. Luckily I had my e-bike on board and as able to explore Pueblo on the weekend and Monday. Pueblo is pretty cool. They said I could recharge my bike and solar generator there. On Monday they got me in and fixed and back on the road. I was on the road home with air conditioning restored and home Tuesday afternoon.
They are excellent mechanics and friendly people. If I lived in Pueblo they would be my go to mechanics. I wish they had a shop in Cedar Rapids. They took my desperate situation and made it easy and enjoyable. Big thanks to Justin and his crew.

Was able to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Needed an oil change and an alignment. Happy to get it done and the car back on the road.

!!WARNING TO EVERYONE!! I had heard some very bad things about the owner of this business, Justin Simpson. But this was right after this car he sold my daughter and me completely died. This was from the tow company. My personal experience has been 100 times worse though. What he did to my young daughter, his behavior was utterly despicable and simply disgusting. Justin sold my young daughter and me a car, a 1997 Honda Accord EX. My daughter paid Justin $5500 cash. The day after leaving with the car, it completely broke down. I was instructed to take the car back out to him so he could "look" at it. I did so, and now he wanted us to pay him even more money. I just requested that he just return my daughters money since the car was back in his possession. I did so very respectfully also by the way. Justin said "NO, no refunds" and after talking, and finding out he knew this car had prior major problems, he kicked my daughter and me off his property. The title to the car is still, or was anyway, still in the glove box and unsigned!! So, I took it to court thinking the court would make him return the money. However, Justin got on the stand and lied through his teeth!! Of course, we lost because he flat out lied under oath. Please note: Colorado Revised Statute 6-1-105 (1)(g)(n)(u) and Colorado Revised Statute 42-6-204 (1)So Justin Simpson kept my daughters $5500 AND he kept the car. This guy has ZERO integrity.Justin Simpson has done this same exact thing he did to my daughter and me to another victim he sold a S-10 to which is bait and switch. So, Long story short. I don't know Justin Simpson personally. But I do know that engaging in business with him was a HUGE mistake. In my opinion, he is just a crook looking to take advantage of people if he can. So one last word, DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE VEHICLES OR DO ANY BUSINESS FROM AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS!!! Lastly, if he'll do this to my young and innocent daughter, he will do the same to you.Money comes and goes folks. But when it comes to personal integrity, either you have it, or you don't.-EVERYTHING I have written here is simply my opinion and has been my exact and honest personal experience I have had with Justin Simpson. I am doing so by exercising my 1st Constitutional Amendment right, Freedom of Speech as awarded to us ALL by this United States of America! EXACTLY what I have stated here is ALL backed up, 100% by video and audio. Thank you

Excellent, little known shop. They do an amazing amount of work, with minimal staffing. It's very efficient. They were very nice and accommodating when I needed my Dodge Durangos A/C recharged. They fit me in among other ongoing repairs. I will be a returning customer.

We were fortunate to find Justin a couple of years ago when we were in need of a jump on one of our cars. Justin showed up promptly with his Noco jump pack and got us going quickly. He was friendly & professional, and even recommended getting our own jump pack for future needs which we did. Justin's bill was very reasonable too! So, the other day our truck's battery died, and I used the jump pack which worked fine until the next morning when the battery was dead again. I called Justin because I wanted him to use his equipment to make sure that there wasn't a drain on the battery from another electrical source. Justin fit us in that day despite an extremely heavy workload, ran all the tests and codes and promptly installed a new battery. We couldn't be more pleased with Automotive Solutions, and will certainly look to Justin for our future automotive service.

Two other shops in town weren’t even able/willing to diagnose the problem, much less fix it. Justin had this car for less than a day and it’s fixed. (It was a problem with the starter.) Not only that, he gave my daughter-in-law a ride home after dropping it off and then picked her up to retrieve her car when it was ready. Now that’s top notch service.
