My car was hit by a A frame crouched my hood. Took it to Casey and he worked with my insurance company to complete the repairs within a week, that’s including waiting for parts. I would use him again. Every other body shop wanted to charge me over 2000.00 for the same repair Casey did for 1500.00.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I wasn't going to post this but I feel like people should be warned if Casey (or KC) is still running this business. I've stopped numerous times to retrieve my hard tire cover he didn't repair and it's always locked up and I thought he'd shut it down. In September of 2019 a deer did extensive damage to my driver side doors. I asked him to fix some dings around the vehicle as well. He said he could do the work. He got the check from my insurance company, plus an additional $2,700 from me for the rest. Dropped it off mid September he said he'd have the job completed by September 30th. I told him not to rush (I wanted it done right) and take until October 31st if needed because I'd be sharing a vehicle with my son until then. If I had only read the reviews online before I got myself into this nightmare! The door needed replacement so he had estimated cost from insurance for a new door. He got 1 at a junk yard (which is fine) but it wasn't for the model of car I own. He said it's ok he'd find it. All the moulding needed repaired and a corner replaced. My back door didn't shut properly either. Come October 31st he didn't have it ready but assured me he was working on it. He also said he was going to repair a crack in my spare cover. I told him I had a trip planned and would be out of state until November 14th but needed it back then. Come November 14th it wasn't ready. He said 1 week. He said "next week" every single week through February. I decided to drive down and see my car first week in December to see what was going on. He had already been paid almost $7,000. My car was sitting untouched outside in the lot. He had not done anything at all! He was working on other cars that were not there when I'd dropped mine off! I told him I need my vehicle and he'd been paid, I don't understand why he kept telling me he was working on it and it wasn't even touched! I was very very nice about everything but expressed the urgency that I need my car back! He assured me, in person, it will be done within 2 weeks once I saw nothing was done. Two weeks pass and guess what? Not done. At this point, it's almost January. I began driving from Canon to Pueblo every week to check. You'd think this would get my point across but no. After January first he'd torn all the moulding off and left my stripped car outside untouched since January. Every single week he'd tell me, "I'll have it done by next week." And every week that was a lie. He did get sick for a week but it's literally been over 4 entire months. All this time I see vehicles he's finishing coming and going and I've already paid him in full. Maybe I'm too nice? So I finally reached my wit's end and told him that, " This is not fair! This car you're painting now, have you been paid for this?" He responded "No" I then told him I've already paid and you're not even trying to finish my car and I hated that he put me in this position to go there and be irate because it's not in my nature, but I'm going to sue him if my car isn't done in 1 week! It still took him over 2 weeks but he finished. And I get my car back in March. The work was SO BAD. I didn't expect perfection but it is shoddy. Things he said he'd fix weren't fixed. My rear door still doesn't close right. The door he said he replaced (and I paid for) is the same door putties over and he lied when I asked if it was new. I'm not stupid. You can see the same damaged planes puttied over and it's absolutely the same door. He left my other mirror unpainted with a scratch, I think, out of spite because he sprayed the rest of my car. The brand new windshield glass (supposed to be new) had a chip in it! There's so much more wrong with this work, but I've already written a book. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Casey had my vehicle for over nine months had to take him to court to get it back and he had to pay me for the extended time he had my vehicle he lied in court about many things but I had kept records of all our text and conversations so his lies were not believable to the judge!! When we finally got the vehicle back the paint job was horrible and the vehicle had many issues from sitting for nine months this shop as well as Casey are a joke check the BBB as he is no longer accredited due to too many unanswered complaints!! Beware of this guy he is a scam artist and if you do business with him keep your records of every conversation he has proven himself to be a liar!!

KC did an excellent job repairing my son's car which was involved in an accident a few weeks prior. KC was sensitive to our financial concerns and worked with us on keeping repairs within budget. He did a quality job in restoring the car to driving condition by straightening the frame and repairing a whole in the side of the car near the wheel well which had also been blown out in the crash. Back and front passenger doors were crashed in when the car arrived in his shop and he repaired them so that they seal and operate with the alarm system. I feel that he went the extra mile to accommodate us and performed a quality job on a timely basis. I would certainly recommend A Dent to friends and will use them again in the future.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Casey, the owner, took possession of my vehicle on June 20,2018 for hail damage repair. After numerous promises to finish and return my vehicle I had to take him to court to get my vehicle returned nine months later!! The judge ruled in my favor and he was also ordered to compensate me for the nine months he had possession of my vehicle. Finally, February I got my vehicle back, the brakes were locked up, rims were curbed, and numerous scratches all over the vehicle. I took it to Toyota for an inspection and they determined it was not safe to drive. They also all gathered to tell us about the paint job that he did had fish eyes all over too many to count and looked as if he painted it in a couple of hours and painted it dirty. This guy is disrespectful, incapable, a liar, and a cheat. Check BBB as he has several unanswered complaints and is no longer accredited!! Beware!!!

This place is trash. They have had my sister's car held hostage for over a month. When we call no answer, very unprofessional and they still have her car!! This place is not worth the 1 star

Me my dad and one of my friends have all had hail damage repaired here and all of them came out perfect! He gets the job done in the time he says it will take and is very professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing paintless dent removal and hail damage repair. This is the only place I will trust my car to from now on.
