“We showed up on a day they were closed but the owner, Steve, was there and let us see campers. He was ready to sell us something if we really wanted something. But the trailer we were interested in wasn't on the lot. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want. He was able to find the model that we wanted at the factory, but was slated for another dealership. He made a deal to have it delivered here instead. They were very helpful with financing. We had bought a new hitch, but it was too low. Since it was new, they traded for the right size. We got a very thorough orientation. We noticed that some of the overhead cabinet doors were loose and they tightened them before we drove it away. Would definitely recommend them.”
“We hit a deer and had kaizen repair our car . They had trouble getting a few parts as would any body shop at this time , but they went above and beyond getting us up and going for a planned trip . My car was cleaner when I got it back than it's been since we bought it .”

NAPA auto parts not only sold me the part I needed but sold me the trust I am now a loyal customer. they don’t sell you packets of stuff you don’t need for some competition in a corporation they are honest and will get your car going on the road again!!! “Good O'Reilly's. The staff was as friendly as every other one I visited. I stopped some hose and trans fluid after my trans cooler line burst on the trail. Picked up everything I needed to get my vehicle back on the trails. I hope to not need to visit again the next time I'm in Salida, but I certainly will if I need parts. Thanks!”
