Very professional, timely communication and scheduling, helpful customer service. The tech did not leave my house until all my questions were answered and I was confident my problems were fixed.

T-Jon was very professional and courteous. I have been pleased with McCormick's service since we purchased our air conditioning unit from them a couple of years ago. Their customer service is excellent as well.

They were a bit slow to get scheduled, but their installers, Lex and Jason, were fantastic. They took the extra time to do a really clean install. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This visit was for an annual check-up. Lex called about 10 mins before arriving to give us a heads up. He was thorough, quick and efficient. He also took the opportunity to explain how our fairly new heater functions and the importance of checking the filter every few months to prolong the life of the heating unit. He was upbeat and easy to chat with. And you surely can tell that he loves what he does and he loves sharing useful knowledge with customers. Great job, McCormick! If Lex is an example of your overall customer service than you are an amazing service provider.

McCormick was assigned to my warranty claim and the scheduler possessed an unenviable combination of ignorance about the products being serviced and pigheadedness in the face of fact and reason. She refused multiple times to send a service person based on fallacious rationale, claiming that the ticket was for the wrong system. The warranty provider even reached out directly and told her that the ticket was correct and she should be sending a provider and she stilled refused. I’ve now wasted an hour and a half of my day dealing with her incompetence.

McCormick did an excellent job coming out to fix our A/C, and then eventually replace my former unit. John did great in his initial trips out here, checking some boxes while at least getting our home cooler, as the temperatures outside were over 90. They, with the warranty provider I have on my home, ended up replacing the condensing unit and the coil. Alex and Angelo, were EXCELLENT on the install. All 3 techs that came out asked if we had several occasions if we had questions, we’re responsive, on-time, and professional. Thank you John, Alex, Angelo, even Sam who helped dispatch! Alex was great! This company was sent out for an inspection for a second opinion from our home warranty company. He assessed the situation and gave us an honest answer with our best intentions in mind. He didn't try to upsell us. I got the feeling that he was looking out for our best interests!

Electrician was dispatched to my home through the home warranty contract. This was to repair some electrical issues found during home inspection. The warranty did not cover the repair. I asked the electrician to price a few more things I want done in the home. Electrician sent an estimate and then completely disappeared. No follow up no text. No phone call, nothing. I contacted the electrician three times asking when they could return to do the work. No response. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

This company was sent to me through my home warranty company. The technician arrived promptly and on time. The technician was professional and courteous. Our upstairs A/C was not cooling, the technician told me that there was no freon in the system and given all of the repair options, considering adding freon was quoted at $250/pound, the technician led me to believe that the best course of action was to replace the entire unit. After a second opinion, I learned that the system was not out of freon, just low on freon. We added freon at less than $100 per pound and the system is cooling properly. I would not recommend this company in the future.Service: A/C system repair
