This company is the WORST, they do not respect their employees AT ALL. When it comes to mistake they get super mad start yelling to the employee, instead of talking to that specific employee and try to resolve the problem. Also they do not respect the break schedule if they work a full shift they only give them 30min for the full day and they do not provide the other two 15min brakes that has to be given, they get over worked for a low rate. I am speaking for all the workers and for my mom that now isn’t working their because of the disrespect of the manager Jose!!! Jose this is for you, you need to learn how to speak to your employees and know the value of your people your company wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for them, just some advice “A good company would run correctly with a respect management “ Happy Employees, Happy Management”
