“I started going to CrossFit Conifer in January. I am having the best experience with them, while finding my way back into lifting/crossfit. They really focus on form and technique, which is awesome! All of the coaches are warm and welcoming. The warmup is my favorite part of classes. The muscles you work the day of are specifically targeted. I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Conifer. The other members that go are very encouraging and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!!!”
“Best location I've been at so far. Much bigger and more variety of equipment than is typical. Clean. Proximity to the high school makes some hours better to visit than others. But all and all much less crowded than any city gym. Very nice.”
“Purchased a week long subscription for $30, took about 15 minutes to set up via a text conversation with Scott, one of the owners. Very easy, I instantly had access to the gym.The gym has a lot of great powerlifting equipment - two squat racks, a bench, and an area for deadlifting/cleans, as well as a choice of cardio machines, other weight machines, chin up bars, mats/ropes, and dumbbells. They have a policy where you need to wear clean shoes in the gym (so you need to change shoes) which makes sense given that this is in the mountains and they don't want salt/sand/slush etc being dragged around. The gym is actually really nice and clean as a result. While there isn't a huge amount of racks, this is a small mountain gym, and every time I went I had full access to whatever I wanted (usually 1 or 2 other people there from 9am - 9pm). For the location the gym is just perfect. Everyone seemed nice and friendly, and it's a competitive price for sure given that it's the only good gym in town. Thanks for letting me work out at your gym!”
