The service at this post office is absolutely incredible. The employees are always so kind and take the time to help you figure out the best (and most cost effective) way to mail your packages. We frequently come in with many packages at once and they are always so patient and encouraging about it (it's all for our small business).

Garbage bank, even worse post office. Who closes at 430, seriously?

Had two packages lost from here. Everyone just blames the other post offices. I guess this isn't really a post office?!? Even tho they are branded and employed by USPS?!.... I guess they're contractors? That's how the girl working up front explained it. Don't bother trying the Peyton location either because they'll just cuss at you and hang up because it's "busy season." Oh, and the garbage website won't submit your lost package request because, ya know, government things work so well. Basically, if you send stuff and they lose it, they have no ability to find it, and it's your fault to begin with. Don't waste your time here. The location on Galley is 100x better. Worth the 15 mile drive if you want your stuff to get delivered.

Dropped off two packages for delivery. Both are lost in transit. Complete loss on all items. Disappointing that a large premium for package insurance is almost always a necessary purchase.

Nice building, friendly people there as well as at the other businesses that are in the building with the post office.

This post office is the worst. They have now delivered our packages to other people and now I am out $150. There’s a nice place in hell for the postal worker that delivered our packages to the wrong box.

Shipped a package out to my siblings and mother for Christmas, wrote the address down, zip code after town and the lady said it was backwards and said she would fix it, our package was then delivered to a random address in a random town and they won’t do anything about it, I wish the young lady that rewrote our address down incorrect has a terrible Christmas

I'm from Denver and have lived in CoSprings for sometime as well. I thought that the nicest people in Colorado were the people of Pueblo. Wrong. It's the people who staff this USPS location.

It's okay I had to wait in line for a bit but as far as post offices go it wasn't a long wait
