Customer service is terrible and we’ve had many packages lost by either giving it to someone without asking for identification and delivering a package to a different house because they couldn’t read the correct address. Very disappointed with my experience with them

This has to be one of the worst Post Office's out there. They frequently misplace packages that they say are delivered, but never were. Anyone know what they're doing with our packages?
