Our home buying experience has been interesting. We started with a loan application at a bank we have dealt with for years. The agent working with the sellers became concerned that we were not going to reach the sellers desired closing date and attempted to reach our loan officer. The loan officer never returned the calls. Our agent asked us if we would consider switching to another mortgage organization and gave us contact information for Troy. Troy came to our home the following morning and we completed the loan application. Troy immediately contacted the sellers agent and removed any concerns. He and his team were so efficient and diligent that we were able to close on the date the sellers were wanting.. Troy did an excellent job for us and we give him and his team our highest recommendation!

Troy has helped me with many clients. I recently had a transaction go sideways through no fault of my buyers. We had to change lenders quickly or my buyers would’ve lost their dream home. Troy went above and beyond to get my buyers going on a new application, appraisal, the whole shebang. Troy and his team got everything done and we had clear to close within SEVEN business days. We closed on our ORIGINAL date! ?

Troy is just the absolute best. The professionalism, patience, accommodation, and humor in which everything was done was just phenomenal. He treated us like friends. As first time homebuyers, the money side of things is incredibly intimidating, but Troy eased our fears and explained things in detail no matter how many times we asked. The process was seamless, and I would 100% recommend Troy and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Troy and his team are amazing. The communication was stellar from beginning to end. Not only did they keep us in the loop, but they also responded to our many inquiries immediately. They sent us videos explaining the most confusing documents where they spoke directly to us about our specific numbers. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. When we ran into an issue with our underwriter, Zakia was on top of it, all while on vacation! She resolved the issue in hours and we were clear to close immediately. They know what they are doing, they have a great sense of humor, they are efficient, fast, and most importantly they seem to truly care about their clients and their home buying experience. We will definitely be using Troy and his team again and absolutely recommend them for your next home purchase.

What an amazing team to work with! Troy and Zakia were phenomenal through our home buying experience. Troy got us a great rate and they walked us through each step, some even with personalized videos, of the loan approval process. And a special shout-out to Zakia!!
