The store is fine, the people are great! It seems like most have issues with the pharmacy, and whole I agree that that process can be a pain in the rear sometimes. I don't mind as they are so short staffed it's understandable.

I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back after 30 minute and it was not ready. They told me another 20 minutes. I went back 20 minutes and it still was not ready. I was told to wait another 10 minutes. Finally it was ready for pickup. Go somewhere else to get your prescriptions filled. They have some real issues getting prescriptions filled here.

This review is mainly for the store in general and specifically the photo print services. I have not used the pharmacy in several years. For several years I have used the online photo services to get prints made but after the poor experiences I have had recently I have stopped using them. I understand the remodel of the photo department caused delays but we had know way of knowing the website did not account for this and when we arrived to pick up the photos were rudely told that it "the website was inaccurate"When we returned the next day to pick them up the clerk acted annoyed that we had photos to pickup and was inconvenienced. The next order I placed 4 pictures have were blurry and color was way off. That was the last straw with the photo department.I gave up on the entire store when the checkout clerk was very unfriendly and ate his lunch while scanning our items. The store is horribly managed which is a shame as it was my go to store based on location. I switched to CVS since all of this occurred.

I sent over 100 digital photos for printing but when I went to pick them up they didn't have them. Not one. This was the second time this particular Walgreens has lost my photo prints. Always got them here before but never again. As for the store itself, I'd come here far more often to shop and I'd even transfer my prescriptions except it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get into and out of this place! One way in and one way out and you have to go a mile around either way. Poor planning on their part when building this store.

I would like to commend Lauren at the photo department for her wonderful assistance with an order that had not printed entirely. We spoke over the phone and she cheerfully took care of the issue and was so very kind! I truly appreciated her help and kind demeanor! Thank you Lauren!!

Based on the past reviews I read, I was not hoping for much out of my visit, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was treated very well. When we visited over the weekend, there were 2 male employees who just shoved us away and asked to come on a weekday for getting passport photos, so I didn't have much expetation when I returned (had to return here as we had exhaused all other options around Parker). Me and my wife urgently needed passport size photos, and we were in and out within 10 minutes, and the lady genuinely took care of us. I am hoping that the positive experience will continue at this location consistently.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Store itself is usually fine but the pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and this was even pre-COVID. I’ve waited days for prescriptions, had issues with insurance I was never notified about, and their vaccine appts are never on time. Their system is horrible, it’s always short staffed, you wait in line hours in store or on the phone to never have your call answered. I honestly have no idea how this pharmacy is even open any more. It shouldn’t be! Walgreens needs to figure out why it’s so bad, but clearly seeing the other reviews here… they don’t care. Surprised anyone wants to work for them. I feel very sorry for their pharmacists as we know it’s not their fault but the horrible corporation they work for. If you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. If you need lifesaving drugs you’ll probably die waiting.

?Pharmacist says the prescription will be ready in 15-20 minutes. That’s not a problem, we knew we were early. Come back in 45 minutes and they tell me to wait another hour! Replying to every question with a slight attitude and a sense of not wanting to be there. This was on 20 Feb around 4pm local.Straight clown show.

I have been in pain for 3 weeks waiting on my medication because the pharmacist "had a question" for my provider. This is not a controlled substance or even an oral medication. All I needed was RX strength steroid cream and it has been HELL dealing with this pharmacy. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 20 minutes. Apparently, my doctors office was able to get a hold of them on 1/9, but my prescription still hasn't been filled. What questions did this pharmacist have for this basic steroid cream that has prevented them from filling it? I asked as I'm also a medical professional and was trying to help clarify; they never even told me what the confusion was about. It's a standard dose, standard count that comes in a box. I do not ingest it and I've had this medication before. Really, what is the hold up?I've transferred my RX elsewhere. I'd call to tell you to cancel it but I cant even get through...

1/10/2022– This Walgreens lack of respect and customer service towards other people is absurd. My whole family and I have COVID for the first time (ironically after my husband had a week long Hospital stay for something else at UCHealth Anschutz where none of the nurses on his floor wore masks) and my 3 year old is very sick we just got done at the ER. I ordered Children's Tylenol for pickup, I asked to pickup through the drive through after waiting for over an hour in line at the drive they, and they told me no, that I would have to go through curbside. Well, curbside ends at 9PM and Hunter refused to bring out the Children's Tylenol (my daughter has been running a 104 degree temp and Tylenol is out at nearly every store I’ve been to) I ordered and paid for and told us to get back in line at the drive through again. Hunter is some kind of lowly night shift supervisor at the store, and he has no idea how to speak with customers (assuming he’s some 18-21 year old punk kid and this is his first job). Hunter yelled at me and was not empathetic to our plight of having a very sick child and being sick ourselves, while trying not to get others sick with COVID. He didn’t have an empathetic bone in his body. He should not be allowed to be any kind of supervisor. It’s a shame this is the only 24-hour Walgreens in the Denver Metro area. I will be moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere (not a Walgreens).

I don't understand why the reviews here are so poor. We came in about 20 minutes after my daughters prescription was electronically sent. The doctor had written prescription that was not covered by insurance that would have been $600 out of pocket. The staff here got right on calling the doctors office for a replacement order. There were long lines both in the drive through as well as in store. Critically understaffed, a massive load of work to be done, nationwide medication shortages, and rude patrons treating them poorly, the staff remained calm and polite. These people were under tremendous pressure and handled it so gracefully.

The staff is incredibly nice every time but they are SO understaffed. I have monthly prescriptions to pick up and I have come all days of the week, all times of day and I always wait a minimum of an hour. There is only one pharmacist and I just don’t get how this is a continuous issue by Walgreen’s part.

The worst store ever. Things are never accurate, completely understaffed and they are so slow they make the DMV look like a chic-fil-a drive thru.

Don't understand why this place operates 24/7. The pharmacist is clearly overwhelmed. Not enough support staff. No accountability. You will be given a random wait time depending on who is at the counter (in my case it was come back in 45m, then another 20min to may be in 2hrs to best to pick it up tomorrow). Going back home now WITHOUT my prescription (after a 3hr wait). It was for an antibiotic for a 4yr old. Question to the management: where do I go now to pick up the medication? Who is going to take accountability if his infection gets worse overnight?Lesson learned. Going to change my pharmacy after this trip and hope my 4yr old holds up overnight. What a nightmare!

Waste of time. Scheduled a covid test online, showed up early and waited in the drive thru line for over a half hour as it seemed the car in front of me was having issues w the pharmacist as well. when I finally got to the window and gave the pharmacist my info, she told me I don’t have a test scheduled and to try an urgent care. I literally received 2 confirmation emails from Walgreens and confirmed the address, the pharmacist didn’t even bother looking and just wanted me to go. So frustrating when I don’t feel good and trying to get answers and this is the service I receive. Why offer a service you’re not able to provide.
