Verizon is very difficult and frustrating. Wasted immeasurable hours on the phone because they refuse to address in person. Each time, Verizon promises to refund money they should not have charged and that next month's bill will reflect the credited amount, and yet I had to contact them yet again after another incorrect bill. We have been Verizon customers for years, but I would not recommend utilizing them for home internet after the absolute hassle we experienced.

Verizon (again) promised the credit or adjustment has been processed and will appear as a credit on my account in 1-2 billing cycles.
Again, it is very frustrating how many times we had to contact Verizon in order to get this credit posted to our account after they incorrectly charged us and how many hours were wasted to do so. Verizon clearly has no problem taking/charging money that is not theirs, but very difficult to receive the credit. They also have no problem selling items in person, but force you to go through numerous layers, people, and tickets to attempt to receive a billing adjustment.

i gotta let everyone know what a great job Verizon in parker did for me yesterday.. i was ice fishing and had the sweet fortune of watching my phone go sliding down a hole to disappear to the watery depths... well after much whining,cussing and complaining i got home and ventured to Verizon to see what my choices were.. i did have insurance and after talking to a couple people they actually got me on the phone to her at the insurance company and what a great experience.. absolutely no issues and i ended up with a much newer phone and they actually delivered it to my residence at 6pm (just a couple hours later) on a Saturday night and then had the service representative get it all turned on and figured out... they really did a great job..

Worst customer service out there. Trying to call these guys and get somebody on the phone is designed to drive you mad so that you don’t actually talk to human being.

Verizon is terrible! So unhappy, they overcharge and have bad coverage in Colorado. The online and call in support is completely incompetent. You will spend hours on the phone to try to get them to do what they said when you signed up. Beware!

I came in to change my phone, which can be such a pain, so I have been putting it off for a while. I was more than pleasantly surprised when Chiquita (sp?) helped me. She was friendly, outgoing, and so helpful. She made what can often be a frustrating process as smooth as possible. I am really grateful for Chiquita’s help today and will recommend my friends go to work with her as well.

Ibrahim was super helpful in getting me set up with a new phone and adding a new line. It took awhile (no fault of his own) but he made sure I was all squared away and got everything I wanted on my plan. Appreciate his help!

My husband went in to the Parker 20 Mile location today to get his phone activated. Shekita helped us and if she is not a manager already, she should be promoted. Excellent customer service and a warm friendly person. She and our two year old clicked and made the process so much easier. Thank you Shekita! Outstanding job ma'am.

So we ended up having to go to the store because my husband ordered his phone to be delivered to one of the lockers at this location. Since it was the first time we do the locker pick up we actually walked into the store where they proceeded to let us know that the lockers are broken, usually all the time on and off. They went ahead and said the best thing they could do was cancel the order altogether and place a new order for his phone and just start the process all over again. Within two minutes I see somebody go into the locker that was broken and retrieve his phone and invoice. At this point we had been added to the queue and we’re waiting for the next available representative to help us in store all the while the phone has been retrieved and it is being walked around the store by another associate. When finally the fourth representative comes to us to finally help us out. He does not know anything that had been going on. Nobody had debriefed him and he was just gonna start the order from scratch and started talking to us about what we were interested in and what the stores Specials and incentives were for that day because they change on the daily basis and pretty much long story short we find out that since they do work on commission inside the retailer they canceled our order just so that they could get commission on the new order getting us way way way less of an amount of an incentive or reward for the upgrade or anything so it was a horrible deal for us great deal for them and we proceeded to waste over an hour of our time. My husband is a disabled veteran with memory issues because he had a traumatic brain injury and so this Process that they were starting us all over again on was really, really really tedious and something we had to just stop and leave the store to call Verizon on the phone and try to get it sorted, which then turned out that they messed up the plan and all of the things that happened due to their cancellation of that order which they lied about because the phone was there. Apparently this happens often retailers so if you get the option of having your phone or picking it up at one of these lockers, have it mailed and if you must pick it up at a locker do not go into the store there is a keypad on the outside!
